Ingredients: 1 loaf of French bread. 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Slice the French bread lengthwise and place both halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. In a small bowl, mix together the softened vegan butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
