I just vommed. I have a condition called Cyclical Vom1t1ng Syndrome (CVS) so this happens a lot.
When I don’t eat and I vom it gets all frothy
Idk why don’t ask me bruh
Anyway it’s frothy now and that means I’m being a skinty queen

When it hurts, double down. Drink some water and feel your støm@ch filling
Cigarettes if you’re a smoker. Not only curbs the @ppetite but helps with the oral need
If you aren’t committed to a f@st but want to just e@t less calories, sauerkraut is only 27 calories per cup, full of fiber to make you feel full for longer, and the probiotics in it decrease f@t absorption
If you do f@st, work out after the 16 hr mark. That is a general average of when your body begins burning f@t and exercising will burn more calories

I’m actually not completely disappointed in myself for this. I kept my c@l under 1500 and my net is under 1000 because of my happy ass lil walk this morning.
Side story:
On my walk this morning I saw a tuxedo cat and stopped and we meowed back and forth at each other for like 5 minutes. I walked not even a block and there is a white cat in the street and I see a car coming so I coax the cat out of the street and then it starts to FOLLOW ME HOME! If I lived alone I would have let the sweet thing come home with me but I couldn’t :(I have 3 dogs and 1 is pregnant). Idk it was still a beautiful morning.

I honestly had so much fun making this so I might keep it up. Thanksgiving has me on edge but I has a plan on how to eat very little and not be pushed to eat more.
If yall hate exercise, please remember you can totally have fun with it. Following a dance routine for your favorite songs is so fun and a really good way to start your morning. There are so many calculators online where you can put in your weight, type of dancing, and how long you danced and they will tell you exactly how many calories you burned(if you don’t have a fitness band or some other monitor).
