I have no idea how to go about this, but I think it'd be neat to have a wiki page for Chromatic agape 🤔

Were you the one who drew the CG where the “heroes” introduce themselves in Chromatic Agape? I’m collecting all the Yulen art I can find because he’s my little babygirl and I’m hoping that, since all the pixies fade in separately, he might have been drawn separately from Helios. Need that blonde twink out of the way so I can look at my rabid dog husband smh my head
Do you mean this one?
I did not draw that scene, the only Yulen CG I made is a fight scene (which I'm currently fixing hgfsdjsjs)
I think I downloaded the native file on my PC from when I was editing the promo video. I'll ask if I can share the separated pngs :)
If you want more yulen art, I believe Bobbert made some promos of him a bit ago!
not naming names but some of you are so creative and talented it's an honor to have you in my phone
AAAA I just got an email back at long last asking to set up a job interview. I'm glad I finally got a response back, but also oh my god now I gotta do the interview 😭 brb while I keel over in anxiety.
Well shit, I might have to open commissions soon. Haven't had much luck job hunting thus far, and my savings are dwindling.
Hey hey, as a librarian, can I just say don’t pace yourself at the library. I get a lot of customers saying “oh I shouldn’t get too many books out at once” but like you should!!!! Max out your card, take everything we have on a subject you’re interested in, make a book fort in your home. We love that shit! It doesn’t matter if you read them or not; just take them for an adventure and bring them back whenever they’re due!
For public libraries, one of the ways we secure funding year to year is lending. Governments don’t want to fund more books if they’re not being used and the way we measure use is by issues. Regardless of whether you read it or not, whether you have it for a day or a month, if you issue it to your library card, we get the stats! It makes the library look good!
Help your local library; get books out even if you know you can’t read them all!
well the thing is im going to killing you with a rock
Hello!! How are you doing?? Just a small question what had been your favourite part about working on chromatic agape?
This might be kinda cheesey but honestly I really enjoyed working with a group of people that are so passionate about the game. I've participated in a lot of game jams before where people say they want to expand on the game afterwards, but motivation dies out quickly and the project never goes any farther (Which is completely understandable! It's all volunteer work, and making a long-term commitment to a jam is very hard).
Somehow the team managed to push through and continue working on the game even after the initial release. The director is very impressive to me, she has a lot going on outside of the project yet still managed to find time to keep working on it and leading the team. I think that's very inspiring, and it makes me want to put my best foot forward too!
the horror of being "god's favourite princess". literally one of my favourite horror themes. the god loves you and it's so scary.
it will always choose you. you cannot die. you'll always come back because it loves you so much. you are its right and left hand, its eternal weapon. it will drown you in its light. light as horror. darkness as horror. what if it thinks you are its best friend.
you are god's favourite princess and it's terrifying.
I find it funny when
Oh my god FUCK OFF
r/scrungycats is fucking amazing
This one is my favourite. It’s subtle. It’s contemplative. This cat has so much to consider
I've finally drawn all of the pixies! Kai your beauty is so ethereal 🥀

Spooktober is quickly approaching which means I am once again incredibly tempted to make my own game. ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ
Hii hope you're doing well!!!
I wanted to ask how things are coming along with steam, if it's not rude to ask? I'm still very excited for the game so I'm looking forward to it ^^
Also i was wondering if it could help if like i or other users sent email or help tickets to steam as a customers? Or something like that lol, just to make them see that it is a requested game?
Hello! At this exact moment, I am unsure if there's anything that the fans can do. I don't know the details of the delay, I am but a humble art goblin;;
If there's a point where we CAN get outside assistance, I will let you guys know! In the meantime, just keeping the excitement going is a huge help :) Anything to spread the game around would be great!
The director did comment on the itch page recently:
Thank you for your support!
Hello! Small question how do you colour ur art after doing it in black and white?? (Thank you for answering)
I use two different methods, layer styles and/or a gradient map. I've never been very good at using gradient maps, I feel like they tend to look muddy when I try. But a LOT of people successfully use them. I think the method probably works better if you have an organized layering system with your different value groups (this is probably why I am bad at it LOL). You can also just paint on a layer mask like this:
Here's an example of a drawing I did where I hand painted the color over it using a mask layer + layer styles, without any gradient maps:
I tend to use a gradient map as a base, then tweak it by hand painting on a mask layer. Specifically for this drawing, I made a duplicate layer of the entire piece, added a gradient map, then set the gradient map to soft light. This is what that same layer would look like with the layer style set to "Normal", vs "soft light".
This is what some other layer styles would look like
And this is what a different gradient map could look like
Hope that helps! Most of my process is just "messing around till something works" lol.
