Process your emotions in private, with someone you trust, or with a therapist. Practice mental hygiene every night where you put them down on paper or say them out loud. But your emotions are a currency.

Say you only have so much currency to spend every day. Would you be giving them out as freely as you do and to people who didn’t even ask for it?
