“Stripe?!” “Yeah, well, I’m not gonna bone Gizmo!” “I would…”

one of my favourite rosa moments has to be the parallels of the cold opens in s4 ep17 ‘cop-con’ and s7 ep3 ‘pimemento.’ when hitchcock falls asleep in the break room and jake pranks him.

in ‘cop-con’ jake pranks hitchcock by putting his hand in a bowl of warm water and when he tell the squad about it rosa says “thats the stupidest prank ever” to which jake replies “its the smartest because it involves biology” when they go back into the break room hitchcock is drowning in the bowl of water rosa’s reaction to this being amusement “i take it back, jake. great prank.”

three seasons later we see hitchcock fall asleep in the break room again to of course be found by jake, this time he ties hitchcock’s shoes together. when he tells rosa about the prank this time she replies again thinking its stupid (and immature) “you’re 38 years old” but that jake has “to untie his shoes before he gets hurt.” of course when we go back to the break room hitchcock is being strangled to which we see rosa show no amusement to.

i always see people say that rosa is violent which is true especially in the beginning of the show s1 ep2

huh yeah i guess so why?” (a common example used) but (some) people never take notice of the character development that she has, especially when saying it ‘didn’t make sense for her to become a P.I.’ because she was violent and encouraged police brutality one time but she becomes less violent as the show goes on as we see. especially with these cold opens basically having a before and after.
