Seems way worse than the UW Taigam in the Dragon precon:
For the same cost, Taigam protects your spells, can reuse many spells on each of your turns, and sends them back to the graveyard after they rebound so they can be easily recurred. The black in Kessâs color identity gives you access to tutors, which is nice, but Blue is probably the more important color, since extra turn effects are one of the best things to recur. Overall, Iâm not entirely sure why they put designs that were so similar in the same set, or why one of the marquee cards of the Wizard deck got the worse version.
I think buyback gets around the exile effect.
