so the thing that I called "permanent head radio" once, is that I have been told to "stop humming" so many times in my life since I was a kid and it sounds so easy to everyone else, it's almost like humming is an activity you have to think about
to me if I am not humming at any given moment it's because I am making a conscious effort to keep the music inside because inside it is always playing. and its default state is outside. like breathing. you don't think about breathing you have to think about not breathing
it got a bit less constant since I found another outlet in fake-playing piano (which also feels like I am letting the music out, where it belongs)
anyways is that an autistic trait. I've heard it was
not that I could ever bother to shut the music in permanently. I didn't get good at everything I do by focusing on stupid things like "stop humming". (this was the main conclusion I drew from the raadsr)
