LIFE UPDATE!
(After… *checks watch* 2 years)
Still alive despite everything!
This last month I had my final MRI post spinal surgery. It’s all clear and the doctor says I don’t need to come back for any more testing. I’ve also gotten the go ahead to get my coverup tattoo! (It’s gonna be a bunch of plants and vines covering the surgery scar cause… it was a growth *badum tssss*) While that’s all been cleared up, other health issues have surfaced, like my ribs enjoying popping out of place. It’s as fun as it sounds.
Currently living with my parents cause the economy is in shambles and also my old roommates suck. Fun fact: not a lot of communicating happens when they tell you they don’t wanna talk if you’re angry but you’re getting more and more angry because they refuse to talk to you about the original issues. Fascinating right?
After moving home, I got a job working in security, it is both fun and incredibly frustrating XD I do dispatch so if someone needs a guard, I’m the one to find them one. I also answer any questions (or find the person with the answer) a guard might have while on shift.
Creatively, I haven’t done much. Not a lot of fanfic or anything, but I did help some friends who run Rule of Lore on Twitch and YouTube with writing the second season of their Zombie themed TTRPG Actual Play, Tomorrow is Dead. The first half is out on YouTube, and we’ve finished filming the second half, we just need to discuss release dates. Go check it out if you’re a TTRPG fan. (I do have some other creative project ideas, like a story told in the format of journal entries and documents from a historical archive. Not sure when or if I’ll get to it tho. Feel free to ask questions about that if you’re curious)
Plans for the future: Fam, I’m vibing as best I can. My body hurts and there’s not a ton I can do to make it immediately better. On the other hand, now that I have a wee bit of extra money, I have plans to go visit internet friends gradually over the next couple years. But overall, I’m probably as good as I can be under the world’s circumstances and I’m pretty happy with that.
