No matter how complicated life can sometimes seem, there is always the simplicity of a moment like this to return to. We overthink, worry, plan, ruminate, stress and somehow do everything we can to avoid the depth of what lies beneath the surface. But it’s only diving in and digging down will we find peace within ourselves. No one can make you happy or peaceful. No one can solve the riddle of incarnation and answer the question of why you’re here for you. Only each of us can go on the spiritual journey to the center of ourselves and excavate what lies within. We are not here to run away from the truth, but to discover the truth within. We are not here to sleep walk through life but to awaken and really live. And this is why we practice and keep practicing.
That magical morning light is a fresh start and a clean slate. Sunrise holds all the promise of the new day.
