I personally fell in love with giripan right after their first interaction (I started with the anime, then read the manga, and then the online blog)! It is a cute pairing and their dynamics can be cute but also nasty. It is a comfortable thing to come upon, I think. Also, a few years ago, I indeed read that doujinshi! I found it cute and, as you said, quite smutty, but in a cute way (at least, cuter than other DJs I read at the time) XD Sometimes, I feel like some DJ are hardcore for me, but that one truly was cute! I still think it is one of my favourites out there! Unfortunately, I don’t think there are many giripan DJ, actually. J: I...usually try that only a few times (////). Calling him by his other name still feels kind of strange to me. But I like his name, it kind of sounds cute but also powerful. G: I like to try calling him by his human name. I would like to learn how to write its kanji...hm...and, also, I love when he calls me by “Herakles”*...it feels more, no, a lot more intimate, doesn’t it? // *I used the “k” in “Herakles”, trying to follow the greek transliteration (from  Ἡρακλῆς ). If I’m not mistaken, in the original work from Himaruya it is written “Heracles” with “c”, but for this one I liked the “k” one better.

02/11/16 Well, I couldn’t miss Japan’s birthday, so here is a drawing made without the graphics tablet, because I don’t have one right now (yuppie yeah!! D: ). ((It’s kinda frustrating when you see that your otp is not considered… I mean, someone could find Giripan a crack pairing; but I personally think that if we consider them a crack just becouse they might not have as much references or reasons to be shipped as other pairings, then we should stop shipping anyone with anyone. Everyone is free to ship everything, and I think this ship needs to be more appreciated, becouse it’s lovely!
