#CuteDogOfTheDay is a #CuteCatOfTheDay. Bella is a sweet old dear. She is a tiny kitty living in a giant house. I think she weighs about eight pounds or so. Baths are OK with her but blow drying is not her strong suit. (at Colleyville, Texas)

#CuteDogOfTheDay is Bailee, the CockerPoo, is my little girl. I say little because at a whopping 21 pounds she is by far the largest of my crew. Bailee loves rolling in anything she can find so she gets a sport clip, also called a field strip. Sweet and affectionate, Bailee deserves an Olympic gold medal for snuggling. #CuteDogOfTheDay is Ricky Bobby, the #shitzu . Ricky Bobby's owner has special needs, but his grandma started orchestrating his care recently, so I see him every few weeks as opposed to twice per year(Or when I go next door and grab him out of his back yard!). Ricky Bobby is in his mid-teens, but his beauty belies his age. He is also now getting decent kibble and seeing a vet twice per year. In spite of chronic fungus in his right ear, dry eyes, yeasty, scabby skin from flea allergic dermatitis, (he only had one flea--that is all it takes to make him miserable), arthritis, and anal cancer, Ricky is a sweet, happy little fellow who charms everyone he meets. #CuteDogOfTheDay is Lionel Messi. His family calls him Lio. He is 4 months old. Yesterday was his first full groom. He had an incomplete grooming, but we managed to cooperate and accomplish a finished groom with a little concentration and focus. Concentration and focus are not his strong points. We will have a monthly training session and play date.

#CuteDogOfTheDay is #GeorgiaPeachTheHavanese #havanese . She has many nicknames. Her family calls her Georgie. I call her Peach. Georgia Peach is 4 months old. She is very smart and is a very good puppy. Georgia Peach is indulged but her discipline is right on track for her age. She enjoys treats, (frozen green English peas) but she lives for affection. I anticipate her being a very good groom dog. So far we have done nail trims, paw pad shavings, foot trimming eye trimming and sanitary area. Yesterday she had a bath with avocado oil shampoo, blueberry facial and some Epsom salt in her water. After squeezing her off and applying a spray-on conditioner she took to the blow dryer like a champ! Of course I had to do it on low. Everything was going swimmingly until her Mimi came out to the front yard to do something. LOL! At that point I was not finished with her but she was finished with me.#puppy #PuppyCuteness #NextTimeMaybe Learning to be groomed is hard work and she needed to rest up so she had energy later to stalk and pounce on her kitty cat big sister. #CuteDogOfTheDay is #CaliTheMaltipoo. In the almost 5 years I have been working with her she has made friends everyone except me--the bath lady. I take such delight in scissoring her into an adorable stuffed toy figure and she is SO proud afterward! But, she has three times more coat than any dog alive and blow drying is, quite frankly, a chore for all involved.
