I have turned 30 this year and there are still times I am afraid that I have not lived all of my life (I mean of course I have). But also the constant existential dread that I may not be doing enough AND that I am doing too much of doom scrolling, contemplating, thinking. But alas, I am a thinker and I deeply enjoy thinking about things. I enjoy mental sparring and banter. I enjoy rotting in my bed. I enjoy tiktok and instagram reels just like any other person there is. But I fear that it is taking so much from my time, and maybe therefore my life.
