I think Yana, It’s was inspired by this dress for make the Ciel’s one.

So we are accustomed that Yana-sensei perfidically gives us clues to the story right under our noses of us poor ignorant fans. Now that we know it’s not her real name, do not you think that it’s actually always gone unnoticed before our eyes? In fact I think that when I say it will have fun taking us by the nose.
