pretty sure the context makes this better. irish band kneecap have been in the news for their full throated support of palestine and ensuing censure by uk politicians. one of their members is being charged with supporting terrorism for allegedly flying a hezbollah flag. glastonbury festival refused to boot them from the lineup.

the bbc announced premptively that they would not be broadcast live at glastonbury, and recordings would be made available later. presumably expecting kneecap to chant something political. unfortunately for the bbc they did end up broadcasting bob vylan leading the crowd in the death to the idf chant.

Bit obsessed with this video - it was taken by a member of the audience at EE’s second Glastonbury set in the William’s Green tent on the Saturday afternoon.  I’ve seen EE live several times recently and loads of times on video but this is the most emotional I’ve ever seen them get! Amazing stuff - I challenge you not to feel tearful by the end!!
