hello my love! /p
i'd be happy to support and share your links :) take care and be safe <3
hey! it's been a while :) i realized that i was just not gonna produce any fic content for now but i want to stay true to what i said earlier about using my platform. i've complied some creators that i keep up with regarding the g*nocide in gaza and the history preceding this g*nocide. i've also included some donation links and useful videos/articles that i think could help people understand what exactly is happening here. this is by no means a definitive list of resources but these informed me so i hope this post helps educate and inform you too. i hope that we may find collective peace together as humanity. i really do.
i'd also encourage others to rb this post or make your own with other creators, resources, and donation links that i have not included!
creators:
Ariana Jasmine (@/arianajasmine___ on most social media sites)
ariana is an iranian journalist and formerly did daily palestine updates on her tiktok and instagram. she puts so much research and time and dedication into spreading awareness for palestine and also discusses us politics and injustice. she's a great resource for understanding the breakdown of major events (and finding out about them in the first place). amazing woman, amazing journalist. i have so much respect for her.
Bisan Owda (@/wizard_bisan1 on instagram)
i'm sure many of you familiar with palestine know who bisan is. in the time i've followed her content i've learned what the indomitable human spirit is and bisan is a shining example. she's famous for her "it's bisan from gaza and i'm still alive" video series where she documents the horrors that palestinians have to live through under israeli occupation. she shows the world firsthand what this nightmare is like and how she lives in spite of an occupation that wants her and her people dead. if you are going to follow anyone, follow bisan. i implore you.
Translating Gaza (@/translating_gaza on instagram)
this account offers real footage of palestinians under israeli occupation and translates their words into english so a western audience can understand. this account, like bisan's and other palestinian journalists, is so so important because it documents the real, lived experiences and suffering of palestinians. to understand what is truly happening beyond the western gaze, this account is essential.
Motaz Azazia (@/motaz_azazia on instagram)
like bisan, motaz is a palestinian journalist who fled from palestine but still advocates and speaks out against israeli brutalization. his account is focused on amplifying palestinian voices and spreading their stories and messages and advocating for the freedom of his people.
Jewish Voice for Peace (@/jewishvoiceforpeace on instagram)
this account is jewish-ran in support of liberty for palestine and often make informative posts. they are a beautiful example of "judaism is not zionism", run by beautiful human beings. i strongly encourage you to check them out!
Xiran Jay Zhao (@/xiranjayzhao on instagram)
xiran also has a tumblr and youtube account. they use their platform to boost donation campaigns for families in the gaza strip. if you're looking to donate to families in gaza, xiran is the best resource to find families to help.
Lama Jamous (@/lama_jamous9 on instagram)
lama is a young journalist from gaza who covers the violence and death occurring in palestine. she's a child and has more awareness and empathy than i've seen in any politician this year. she's commendable and a warrior.
Yusuf Abu Hattab (@/reachyusuf on instagram)
yusuf documents his life and experiences while living in occupied gaza. he brings a sense of humor to his perspective and tries to make the best out of this horrible situation. he documents his life in video journals that include "day in the life of a 15 year old in gaza". he is one of many children who had to grow too fast and adapt to this traumatic situation but still tries to find the light in the dark. he's a wonderful content creator and a wonderful human being.
some more creators (all on instagram): (@/claredalymep), (@/huda), (@/eye.on.palestine), (@/ahmedeldin), (@/plestia.alaqad), (@/sahar.gaza3), (@/ahmad_ijaber), (@/watermelonpicturesco)
(please go check all these creators out!)

resources:
Al Jazeera
a qatari-based news channel that posts updates from outside of the western news paradigm. they often have updates in what's happening in many of the major global conflicts, especially including the ethnic cleansing of palestine.
TED Talk featuring a Palestinian and an Israeli
i feel like this ted talk is so important because it establishes that people want peace. lives have been lost on both sides, people have had their worlds turned upside down. maoz and aziz are just two of the many people. we can mourn the deaths of those who died on oct 7th in israel and the deaths of the hostages, while also acknowledging that the murdering and violence israel's IDF and radical settlers are doing to palestinians is immoral, illegal, and should not be happening and collective punishment is never just. we can mourn for lives lost, no matter which side, and still acknowledge that the ongoing violence is unjust.
BDS' Boycott List
provides a list of companies to avoid that support the ongoing g*nocide of the palestinian people
Israel-Palestine conflict summarized by Vox
i think this is a good starting point for introducing yourself to the history of this region, the people involved, and some of the events that led up to what we see now. key word is starting point, as i think this video glosses over a lot of important information (namely the first nakba and the ones that proceeded it).
Al Jazeera's Timeline/History of Palestine
offers a really comprehensive in depth look at the major events leading up to the ongoing g*nocide in palestine. really informative, i highly recommend you watch the vox video first before reading through this timeline.
Al Jazeera on the Nakba
offers a deep dive into the multiple nakbas the people of palestine have been forced to go through. shows that this conflict did not start on october 7th, 2023.

closing remarks:
i want to believe in human goodness, and i will hold onto my hope of palestinian liberty and a peaceful two state solution where everyone, whether palestinian or israeli, can live peacefully and happily. i'll leave you with the beautiful words of palestinian poet, mosab abu toha:
You don't know me but I discovered your blog back 2 years ago when I got into Genshin. You were one of the first blogs I fell in love with and I made an account so I could keep up with your works. I love your fanfics, especially the hurt comfort. You know how to write them. 🎉 Just here to say welcome back and I can't wait to read more from you!
actually i know you very well! not personally, but i always see you in my notifs and i'm very happy that i do :) you've been supporting me for so long and i'm extremely thankful <3 also that's incredible you made an account just to keep up with my silly writings, thank you!! <3
i'm not back per se but i am lingering :') most of the fics i want to post are only about 1/4 done but i will post when i can!! i'm really happy you stopped by, please feel free to drop an ask whenever you want! i'd be happy to chat :) <3
ik you don’t know me, but I haven’t seen you in a while ever since 2021, I hope you’re doing week <3
hi!! i'm doing well, thanks for asking hehe <3 2021 was definitely my most active year thanks mainly to the covid lockdowns and my entire senior year being online (ahhh yes, the glorious days of writing fanfics during zoom meetings LOL)
i'll be putting this in my byf+dni post but i'm also going to do something different on this blog. each post at the end will contain a link to a reel/tiktok/video discussing the genocide in gaza and the history of palestinian people. if you wish to unfollow me because i'm doing this, by all means. but i want to use my platform, even if said platform is just for silly little fics, to bring awareness to unjustified violence that is constantly justified in mainstream media.
let me also remind others: anyone from any walk of life is welcome on my blog, we should all be respectful and not spread hate.
been thinking abt ur dendro archon au so much after the sumeru archon quests concluded !!! thinking abt s/o being rukkha who wanted to retire like zhongli and created nahida to rule in her stead. except she trained her really well, basically a mother to her, and informed the sages so they'd be prepared to accept a new archon as their old one retires. nahida's more loved in this au and rukkha makes sure sumeru is in good hands before she leaves. then !!! she leaves sumeru and goes on her adventures with her respective s/o !!! i love dendro archon so much and would do anything to make her happy !!!
awww i love this so much!!! rukkha dendro archon reader deserves to travel the world with their partner so much :(
when i had the dendro archon reader in mind i went for someone with a nurturing, calm, gentle personality that can also be firm and powerful when needed, like how a gentle sapling can grow into the tallest and firmest of trees. i think someone like that would thoroughly enjoy traversing the world with their partner and engaging in all of life's simple pleasantries :)
going a step further, since i know lots of people liked the scara version (it's also my fav HAHA), dendro archon reader is always wanting to go explore places that are super dangerous and scara has to yank them away from places that could very much hurt them LOL
AAAAA OMG LUCE!! i just saw u on my dash and I CAN'T BELIEVE UR BACKKK <33
it's been so long since i've seen you on dash i was so happy when you popped up >< anyways, just here to ask how have you been?? i hope you've been doing well hehe 🫶
I'M BACK WOOHOOO
i'm definitely gonna be sporadic on here because i still have school and work and my relationships but i'd like to come back every now and then to chat with everyone and write some stuff :) i'm glad to chat with you iely, it really has been a while huh! i can't wait to see any new content you've made :)
potato salad anon here.. ive been gone for a good while haha anyways how have you been?
potato salad nonnie!! i have also been gone a while :') i've been alright! how have you been? i hope you've been doing well, happy new year and may 2024 be a great year for you! :) <3
luce !!! hello !!! im just stopping by to say ur masterlist graphics r so pretty ! i hope u r doing well c: <33333
hi axia!!! it's been a while since i received this ask but i'm really happy you liked my graphics, thank u!!! i also hope you've been doing well, and happy new year! :D
i like al haitham a bit more! his dry humor hits a bit more now but i STILL don’t actually find him as hot as everyone else does! he gives me the vibes that he’s like. less interesting zhongli. like he looks like if zhongli wore less clothes and was more greyscale? idk the vibes are not mine :)
for context my fav/sexiest genshin men are ayato, venti, baizhu, and dark baizhu (pantalone)
that's fair tbh!! i am a little biased because i was a really hardcore al haitham main for a couple months and i just love everything about him :') i think one of my favorite aspects of al haitham is his brilliant mind. he's able to formulate so many logical conclusions and prepare for any situation. again, i'm VERY biased because i adore al haitham but i can understand why you don't find him as hot LOL
oml i dont even remember sending that ask,,, anyway ! happy to see you back, and happier to see that you're doing well ^^
happy late new year to u, i hope this year is filled with tons of opportunities and memories for you <3
my new year is unfortunately starting with exams :') i have maths tomorrow, so haha. aha. cant wait.
hello hello!! :D happy new year to you as well, even though i think i'm talking about 2024 and you were talking about 2023 AAAA (sorry for such a late response!!)
i hope the same and more for you as well!! may your 2024 be ever prosperous and peaceful :) <3 may you also pass ALL your exams, WOOOOOSH
YOUR WRITING IS BEAUTIFUL HAVE YOU WRITTEN A BOOK I WOULD READ IT A HUNDRED TIMES OVER
THANK YOU MY DEAR!!! /p i'm glad you enjoyed! i've actually been thinking about writing an actual novel to publish one day but i feel like that's years and years away. perhaps one day i'll find something i wanna write about in a book :) thank you for such a nice compliment!!! <3
