Rick was disturbed with how he felt about you when he realized his feelings went beyond those of family
He would struggle with himself for a while believing himself to be a pervert
Daryl was the first one to notice how watchful he was over you , and how hesitant he always was about letting you go on runs
You had known your feelings for Rick long before the farm, but had always assumed that your feelings would go unnoticed by Rick
Rick had known that he no longer loved Lori and made certain that she knew that but, he also cared a great deal about the baby she was carrying
It got to the point where Rick would get easily distracted by you and start daydreaming
Daryl and Glenn would poke fun at him
It was after the farm got overrun when Rick finally told you how he felt
You had stood up for him after everyone in the group had questioned him, and that made him realize that you like him as well
He was probably the happiest man on earth when he asked you to be his and you said yes
Later that night you noticed him sitting in one of the corners of the old stone house, and decided to sit beside him, when you did he pulled you into a hug and you fell asleep with your head resting on his shoulder
After that rick was even more protective of you than he was before and didnât even like for you to have to kill walkers
Surprisingly Carl was okay with his dadâs new found relationship with you, plus Carl was a fan of you even before that because you would bring him any sweet stuff you found on runs ( which Rick would lightheartedly scold you for )
One of the reasons Rick admired you so much was because of how protective of Carl you were, he was astounded that you could care about his spouse as much as you didÂ
Daryl would always have fun teasing you and Rick, especially after finding Rick and you making out with Rick pinning you to a tree
â Hey Rick thatâs a nice lookin tree ainât it?â â Shut up â
When Rick found the prison everyone was more than relived that they had a chance to be safe for once, especially since Lori was so close to having the baby
Rick made sure that you knew that he didnât love Lori anymore, but you knew there would always be some attachment since they had a kid together, but you also trusted Rick
You were overjoyed that the group could finally relax even though the peace was short lived
When Lori died you felt terrible for Rick and Carl, and while everyone was giving Rick space you made sure Carl was okay and while you werenât fond of babies you would supervise everyoneâs interactions with the child
When Rick finally snapped out of his grief stricken state the first thing he did was come hug you and Carl, then he held the baby, Before Carl pointed out that she didnât have a name yet

During the time of peace after the people of woodbury attacked Rick loved to watch you and Carl play around glad that he could finally be a kid again
Rick also particularly enjoyed being able to share a cell, and bed, with you since it was a comfort for both of you to be so close togetherÂ
You and some of the woodbury people got close, which would occasionally make Rick jealousÂ
With Rick you knew you could conquer anything the new world had to throw at you
