Exhausted after 24 hours of having my somatic ocd triggered worse than it has been since at least 2014. Still not totally okay yet but getting there. Spent my whole therapy session yesterday talking about it because i got triggered literally in the parking lot, didnt get to talk about what i had actually planned to talk about. I did get my crazy person letter for snap though

#made a sideblog for kin stuff and mental health so eventually i wont be posting this kind of thing here #but really dont want the first post there to be about this lmao #actuallyocd #somatic ocd #tw but in case anyone is wondering I convinced myself a bat bit me in my sleep and i have 3 weeks to live #because i found mystery marks on my hand that look like bites and all i did before noticing was wake up and shower #so no idea where they could have come from #also two weeks ago was convinced i heard bats getting into my attic but was more likely baby birds #because it was nesting season and the sounds have stopped so theyve likely left the nest #also no signs of bats anywhere in or outside my house #writing all this mainly to keep reminding myself that im being irrational #tw rabies #i guess

You all need to understand that autonomy and especially bodily autonomy NEEDS to include being allowed to do things that are bad for you. True bodily autonomy includes being allowed to do things that are risky, drugs, cosmetic procedures and the like. Bodily autonomy needs to include being allowed to get high or smoke or get a BBL. The important part is education about the risks
