When we say it is conversion therapy, we mean that literally. Applied Behavior Analysis was developed by the same guy (Ivor Lovaas) at the same time. He had two subjects for his methods: one “effeminate” boy, and one autistic boy. The goal with both was the same: to make them “normal.”
