Troll magic was the worst, how could a portal open from the side of a ledge!? Freaking jerks…He took the strangers hand, thankful that his armor took most of the impact, bruises were sure to follow but, that was later. 〝 Yeah, I’m fine. Just…sore.〝   Then it registered, where the heck was he?! He looked to the stranger, oh no…that was not a good sign, he was in leather armor. Naturally he was the only weirdo in armor…shit. He quickly looked around his feet, finding the orange stone. Thank God, it didn’t break.〝I know this is going to sound like I have a head injury, but where am I exactly? Because I don’t recall this being my original destination…〝 He mumbled, now looking to the stranger in front of him.

❝ Honestly? That doesn’t sound as crazy as you might think it sounds. ❞ Hiccup responded with a slight shrug of his shoulders. It wasn’t exactly DIFFICULT to tell that this boy wasn’t from around here, the Viking had never seen armor that intricate before.

❝ You’re on the island of BERK, in the middle of the Barbaric Archipelago. Home of the HOOLIGAN TRIBE, if that helps at all. It might not since you don’t really look like a Viking. ❞ Head cocked slightly as the brunet looked over the other’s armor again but stayed where he was. This was still A STRANGER even if said stranger seemed a little younger than him and hadn’t threatened him yet.

Okay, he wasn't hostile and seemed honestly quiet friendly, and he knew that he wasn't a viking- wait what!? A Viking? Did....he really go back in time? That was possible. If the look on his face didn't read nothing but confusion his words easily did. "I'm sorry, none of that rings any bells...I'd need to see a map." A million questions running through his head he offered a hand, "I'm Jim, and uh, I came from there..." He said as he offered a smile, with a small vague point. Anywhere was better then pointing to the wall and saying. Yeah, I come from the future where there are phone and cars. Also, a secret race called Trolls. "So...yeah, not Really a Viking per say." He muttered, eyes still glancing around as he took in his surroundings.

Shit...he had an algebra test tomorrow! Why did Blinky have to send him all the way back through time! He was definitely getting a talk later. He eyed the Horngazzle that fell out of his bag as he "stuck" his landing.

That would get him to trollmarket, not the future. Shit.

Why he had spouted such nonsense at a random stranger who was also in odd armor, he’d never know. He’s gotten better at the ‘not giving a shit’ thing as of late. But did he expect that answer? Well, no, but what other answer was there to give? 

Bouncing back to reality, he looked to the other giving a small awkward smile. “Heh- Yeah, I mean, I’m not too sure how he is, what he’s doing- He walked out a long time ago. But, Yeah- I’m fine, I guess I meant in a way where like....You know in those video games, where you would always have to fight your master to continue on. They help you grow you know- Even if they aren’t around anymore, you can still learn a lot from them.”  A small pause.  “But something tells me, fighting might be the more, pleasing option.”
