Donate to the Berkeley Free Clinic

Hi everyone, the Berkeley free clinic is a non-profit organization located in Berkeley, Ca. They are currently holding their annual winter fundraiser and it would be great if people can share this post! 

The Berkeley Free Clinic provides free health services to the community. Including free STI testing, counseling, dental care, and some medical care. 

Since the pandemic started, the Berkeley Free Clinic has distrusted 600 gallons of water to houseless encampments in Oakland and have been disturbing 150-200 hot meals and hygiene kits every week.

beyond pisses me off that the US and england - two countries that did virtually nothing to stop the spread of covid on their own - are getting premier access to the vaccine just bc they have the $ and the desire to send all of us back to work asap no matter the human cost. meanwhile many countries in the so called third world that took covid seriously, locked down, and provided for their citizens without a second thought or complaint wont receive the vaccine until 2022 or beyond. totally fair and cool.

it can be tempting to live your life like a prequel. to live as if you’re setting up your own story.and once you lose the weight, once you have the money, once you graduate school, once you’re in a real relationship, once, once, once. then finally, you’ll begin to live, and everything you do up until that point is some kind of half-life, some unimportant foreword you can skip. don’t do this. inhabit your life completely. sink fully into the wealth of your existence. the power to manifest is in the fearless owning of who you are, so that you can shape where you’re going.
