Thoughts and Reality

Hello my dear reader,

In this post I will talk about something that can help you for your manifestation, or the basics of manifestation which is always the best and most effective. Well I have been reading this book from Joseph Murphy - "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind". And I really want to share some things that I learn. Let's begin.

What does Joseph really defend? 🧠

Joseph Murphy teaches that your subconscious mind shapes your reality. Whatever thoughts, beliefs, or mental images you consistently impress upon it will eventually manifest in your life.

We have 2 sides of the mind: the Conscious and the Subconscious. But we're the difference between these two?

• The Conscious Mind is the gatekeeper it thinks, analyzes, chooses. It’s the voice you hear when you reason, plan, or decide. (He is the leader of your mind, it commands to do things, like running) 👩🏻‍✈️

• As the Subconscious Mind is deeper it feels, creates, and obeys, it does not argue. Simply accepts what the conscious mind believes and turns it into experience. (Your Subconscious really controls everything of your body and you don't even realize, like your heartbeat, breathing and so much more.) 🧩

Now you may understand why your thoughts shape your reality. Change your thoughts guys for real! It's not a thing that people say, just to say.

Once your conscious mind accepts an idea as true, your subconscious takes it in and begins to act on it. The subconscious does not question or reason. It doesn’t ask: “Is this thought helpful? Is it true? Is it what you really want?” It simply obeys. Even for the mad and the good. 🍵

🌫️ Now for example: (well maybe all of us did this XD)

You consciously think: “I’m going to mess up this exam.”

At first, it's just a passing thought. But if you keep thinking about it and you believe it, your conscious mind accepts it as truth.

So your subconscious says: “Okay. You believe this? I will make it real.”

It starts triggering anxiety, stress, distraction even forgetfulness, whatever. And suddenly, you really fail the exam. Not because you weren’t prepared, but because your inner belief sabotaged you. 🚨

As humans it is really difficult to shape beliefs and it's not an easy task. I know that, i'm still in the process. And it's been really challenging. But I'm trying to do the best for me. And you, dear reader, should try too. 🫵🏻

So you ask yourself: Then how can I stop those bad thoughts?/ Or change my beliefs?

Well my dear reader, as humans it's normal to have those mad feelings/thoughts. But make sure not then to control you. You are the creator, don't forget that. What do you want it's already yours. It's literally waiting for you to stop being so insecure. And realized that you deserve so much better. 🤍

As for your beliefs now that's a different story. But I will give you guys some tips to reprogram your subconscious and make your desires come true: 🪄

• Identify the Belief and Question it 🕳️

Ask yourself “What do I truly believe about myself? About love? Success? Money?” Example: "I'm not enough" now I want you to think "where this came from? Is this even true?"

Fact: most beliefs were planted in childhood, by others. That doesn’t mean they’re facts.

• Replace the old belief with an Affirmation ✒️

Instead of "I'm not enough" change to "I'm more than enough, I deserve the good" it will be strange at first, but consistently is the key 🗝️

Even when the old belief tries to come again, shake your body (yes, I do this XD) Don't let your "old you" try to manipulate the "new you". Immediately tell yourself the affirmations! ✨

• Visualize it 👀

We all know this method. Close your eyes. Imagine: How would you feel if this new belief were already true? What would your life look like? The Subconscious Mind adores the imagination, she doesn't distinguish the real with the imagination 🧬

(At first it was really difficult for me to do this method, but in the book, Joseph teaches methods to manifest and I really liked to visualize my desire as a Movie. 🍿)

• "Act as if" 🪩

Even if you still doubt it, start acting like someone who believes. Small steps tell your brain: “This is who I am now and is the reality!"

• Use Subliminal to reprogram your Subconscious 🎧

This one tip is more personal, but I highly recommend listening to a subliminal before you go to bed or while sleeping. 💤

Search on YouTube "subliminal subconscious mind reprogramming" and choose one you like (make sure to read the affirmations of the subliminal!) or even create a subliminal (there are many tutorial videos on how to do it.)

If your first language is not English, like me. I recommend listening to subliminal that are your native language. 📓

Finally we are at the end of the post.

💭 Now that you know how powerful your mind truly is. Manifest your desires. You are the one to change your story. Start to rewrite the script, create the life that's already waiting for you. Remember your subconscious believes whatever you tell it. So tell it something that heals you, not to destroy your reality.
