heard of a kwami falling in love with a human. or a love that hurt so much when one was away
from the other .

“Not enough times for me to stop.” Plagg shot back with a confident grin. Leaning back to eat another piece of cheese, not bothering to wait until he’d finished before talking again. “You know what I think? I think, that you think it’s cute, and this brat cat isn’t fooled at all.”

she comments idly, head turning to hide the blush that was now burning her face. she would
never admit how much she loved the nickname. it made her feel safe, and happy. it warmed
her heart.
but it wasn’t her favorite .
it takes her a second to calm her heart down before turning back to him, sly smile. that same
one that seemed to show up whenever she knew she had him cornered.

she knows she’s in love, the moment he speaks to her as if she’s something more than a common criminal. as if he understood why she did the things she did. boredom && rules set in place before her that she just had to break. he didn’t call for the guards her talk to her as if she wouldn’t understand a thing he said.

she knows she’s in love, when he gets sleepy when she’s around him, him muttering words of encouragement and how beautiful he thought she was. it made her feel butterflies in her stomach and in those moments she’s glad his eyes are closed so he can’t see the blush burning her skin.

she knows she’s just in love when he’s no longer with her. she’s never felt that kind of pain, a pain that felt like someone had reached in and ripped her heart apart, painful , slow . it made her sick to her stomach , she could hardly move . even when they come to get her, to lock her away in a miraculous due to the destruction she caused all she can do is mourn.

she know’s it’s love as they continue to chase each other over the next hundred years. always so close, but so far away. champion after champion , city after city, war after war. they always continued to chase each other only to be pulled away once more .

her. he always was, for her, trixx, even wyazz. that didn’t mean she had to agree with what
he said. even if it was true. she did spend most of her time with plagg now, a human.

i know i knew you before him, and wyazz as well. but when i think back that far it
hardly seems like he wasn’t there from the very start. ❜❜
most of the time, at least. she still listened to the prayers from mortals who
believed she could hear them. she still granted their wishes of luck when
she believed they deserved it.
but, she couldn’t help but to forget her godlike abilities to spend time with
a certain prince.
a goddess of creation, prayed to by many mortal kingdoms.
in this verse, tikki was one of the first four kwamis created, though unlike the rest she wasn’t pleased with the simple life of hearing mortal’s prayers and pleas for life and luck. so she took human form and became a vigilante ( possibly one of the first ‘ ladybugs ‘ ) in a kingdom that could be counted as a predecessor of ancient egypt .
plagg, is a human in this verse, pollen is as well && is a maid to his mother ( the queen )
wyazz && nooroo gods who are ( often ) annoyed w/ how tikki behaves .
trixx a god who keeps a eye on tikki && attempts to keep her out of trouble
**trixx is also the one who i headcanon picks && chooses what humans are allowed to become gods. this coming from the idea of him playing a type of role like anubis does.
plagg was the first human to be turned kwami.
the ‘ destruction ‘ that allowed this was tikki’s grief after his death for ‘ disgracing the gods ‘
tikki’s grief && destruction is also the reason kwami’s got put into miraculouses as their powers were clearly to much for them to handle on their own.

and hope that everything would work out. though she knew as marinette grew

practically inseparable when it came down to it. they loved being around each other .
