Both Gen. Jim Mattis and Jeff Bezos believe in bias for action. Equally, these leaders used bias for action to build their successful careers. The above men are in different fields and, well respected in their fields. So take bias for action every day and live the Mad Dog Mattis way.

As I study my brain today this is the most repeated theme I just keep thinking about. If schools just taught every student how to Learn a skill. Develop that skill into something everyone would want to buy. Then show you how to repeat that success. AKA how to scale that success we would be a better society.

Challenge vs Growth

I started this blog to give myself an outlet for my emotions. As I got engaged in marketing myself and loving companies on the internet using LinkedIn. This was selling myself as publicly. Not sure where I would end up I was covered in God work and in control of my future. 

In late March of 2017 was hired by Amazon as area manager.  I chased the money thinking the job will come to me over time. I lied to pass the interview and by March of 2018, I was out of a job. This was the second time in my career that I have lost a job. Losing the job with Amazon hurt even more that second one. I wanted to use Amazon to help me get places. Now I look back I should never let a job determine my self-worth. 

Slowly over the course of the year disconnected from God and plugged into Amazon. This was my first mistake. Now as I work my way back into a relationship with God I am starting to realize that God has a plan and I was off the path from his plan.  

How I got the job was sharing God’s leadership principals from his Bible.  An I was thanking God all along the way. This included on my LinkedIn Profile sharing what I was learning about God and leadership made me excited. Nothing is wrong with sharing the good news of God. This increased my profile and got me the job with Amazon. My higher profile as content creator made me happy. In the last two years, I have last that happiness.  But I began the new job before I was ready and I missed what God wanted me to become.  As worked the job I become more depressed or worried about my future. I bite off more than I could chew and tried to run with it. Needless to say I failed and never made it back to the harmony of God as the head of my life. 

So I left this blog behind and my youtube channel. Now two years later I find myself still wanting to control my future and take the employee of the title off my LinkedIn. 

I want to be my own boss and control my schedule. In 2019 I will do just that shape and control my dreams. For the simple reason that the Lord made to smart enough and strong enough change my life three times so, far and I am still thankful for that.

Why? What are you into like interest and hobbies  Then of course come what are you passionate about? For years I wanted to validate a number I was given.Those years of growth were merely stunted my develop. After while, I learned the I didn’t even know myself at all. So for the next year I chase down all my faults. 

So tuned for not. I excited to watch the growth in me in such a short amount of time.
