Update! Couldn't sleep which won't help me be active today at all. Gotta make sure to have my coffee! Anyway 152.8 lbs. half a lb less :) I'm on my way! It's been 3 days I do believe and 1.6 lbs. not bad (:

Sorry was at a dance with my friends last night. It was definitely a good learning experience. Thinner people do not stop moving! Gotta move more even if that just means getting up to get myself water or parking farther from the store!

The small steps☺️
Well I increased my water intake significantly and walked around more than just sitting on my butt. Totally helped☺️ weighed myself today and now I'm 153.2. Healthy of course. I'm excited! I'm on my way down. Hoping to either go to the gym today or work out downstairs
For journal for today! Ehh I definitely could've done better but at least I motivated myself to go to the gym. I need to watch my snack... I did have at least 3 20 oz water bottles though so that'll help me out. Great start to a life style change☺️
Side Note
My gosh it's already been hard trying to eat right. With all the sweets from Christmas and since I've been eating so much my stomach thinks it should still be eating😳 I'm gonna make it though!

So my friend got me a free 30 day trial at AussieFit which is literally right across the street. Not gonna lie, I loved my visit there. I didn't realize that a simple gym could motivate you that much! Loved it and hope to enjoy the rest of the trial☺️

Geez senior year has been busy but I think it's time to get back on track💪 I hope so at least! It'll of course be hard but I think this will definitely help so I can talk about the difficulties and successes that I am having. Senior year has been going great and in June my family adopted two new kitties who are adorable☺️ anyway I am currently 154.4 lbs and hope to fight off the New Year's Day food extravaganza! I'm going to start using tumblr, Pinterest, and Lose It! To help me reach my goals☺️ starting out small of course. Goal is to get to 150lbs☺️
