It makes me sad that most people around me are so unbelievably burnt out from work and life that they are just truly emotionally unavailable and don't even wanna use their energy for anything beside going out partying once a weekend

It's like watching friends who you've seen be silly and have deep talks work jobs to the point of stress where they are incoherent and respond to messages like legit 6 days later and not in a rude way but genuinely they don't have the mental capacity to do shit anymore

Working jobs and paying bills shouldn't take everything out of people to the extent it really does

Even when I'm off work and I had a shorter shift most of the time I truly have nothing left in the tank after the combo of emotions and physical labor

Im so depressed and disappointed in the new mandalorian episode that I bought a Grogu plushie to comfort me. I'll need it to get me through the week untill next episode.

Let's just hope Grogu doesn't suddenly get adopted by Bo-Katan because honestly at this point they might as well give all of Din's stuff to her.

Favreau and Filoni somehow thought that what I wanted to wait over three years for was for them to undo every single thing set up in the season two finale so that Din could take a back seat to the Bo Katan Show and set up the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy. I’m going to drive across the fucking country and fling a fucking waffle maker at their heads.

I think the main reason im so pissed off about this episode is that they perfectly set up Din as someone who is willing to understand different folks and their culture and is able to communicate with them in their 'language'.

It was the Ugnaughts in this episode, but in earlier seasons too. Cobb Vanth and his people + the Tuskens, Boba Fett, Fennec Shand, Cara and the people of Sorgan, The Nite Owls and Ashoka.

They reiterated all of that this episode and it highlighted why Din would be both a great politician(with some practice) but also that he is someone who others *want* to follow and listen to.

And then they said 'actually Bo-Katan picked up a sword once while Din was asleep so she is the obvious real leader of Mandalorians, third time is the charm right, lol'

And I hate it so *much*
