Imagine you’re a water dragon. You wake up one morning, and rise up out of the water to go to the beach, maybe catch a crab or grab a coconut or something.

The entire population of Sornieth is currently busy digging up the entirety of the beach. There’s holes everywhere.

one of my silly fr ideas is that there is no evidence for domesticated cattle (they get dairy from snakes) but there is evidence for the existence of a cowboy-adjacent culture (highnoon sets, some other stuff?) so. chicken farming works exactly like the mid 1800s american beef industry. chicken herders on the open range. lassooing them.

These drop from buttersnakes in the coli, and are to my knowledge the only dairy-based food items on the site.

The only bovine familiars are the Tauruses (made of water) and Ophiotauruses (reptilian).

I can draw no other conclusion but that we're milking the snakes.

Genuinely I didn’t process the concept of people actually disliking Vigils for being ugly. What do you mean you dislike them for being ugly thats like hating a sheep for being soft. This is deeply distressing.
