Doushinkai: Main Branch
Kumicho: (chapter 1-35): Tachiki (we learn his real name only after passing away in chapter 35, most people just call him Kaichou)
Wakagashira: Misumi Takahito: Named leader of Doushinkai upon Kaichou's passing in chapter 35.
Misumi was the Wakagashira of Doushinkai before Kaicho died. Misumi would need to name a Wakagashira to replace his vacated position upon his ascension to Kumichou. See: Hirata
Informally Under Misumi: Amou Shizuma. Amou is not considered an underling. He is Misumi's right-hand man and advisor in a non-yakuza/yakuza way. He attends meetings, handles scheduling, is privy to private and sensitive information, and is every bit the yakuza down to a missing pinky tip, without the sakazuki ceremony. We have only ever seen one shot of his pinky and it's still a mystery if we truly saw what we saw.
Yanagi-Kumichou: A member of the Doushinkai board of directors, he is also a contender for succession to Doushinkai leadership, but his plan is to change the Yakuza to something different than Tachiki-Kaichou previously wanted. Misumi still holds the old yakuza ideals so he is favored by Tachiki.
Groups under Doushinkai: ***there are other groups beyond these two, but these are the ones that are focused on in the manga. (Other groups: Kokuyuukai and Takenakagumi, one of these is probably run by Yanagi)
Shinseikai
Kumichou: Hirata Kazuaki: (By rules of civilized succession, he would be the next in line to be Wakagashira of Doushinkai, but Misumi wants to promote Yashiro.) Hirata is killed by Yanagi under Misumi's orders)
Wakagashira: Yashiro: Most likely promoted to Wakagashira under duress. Hirata has been kissing Misumi's ass for years so he probably never argued thinking it would put him in Misumi's good graces.
Underlings of Shinseikai: Nanahara (assistant to Yashiro), Sugimoto (underling of Yashiro and Nanahara respectively), and Doumeki (non-yakuza bodyguard and Looooooooooove interest of Yashiro, subordinate to Nanahara.)
Matsubaragumi
Kumichou: Ryuuzaki Atsushi (I know right! He doesn't seem like the boss type, but our pearly-one is actually all adulting and shit!): Ryuuzaki goes to prison for a drug charge that should have been Hirata's (but Hirata is dead!)
Wakagashira: Murayama Tamotsu (we know nothing about this guy other than he got out of prison in chapter 3, we don't even know what he did, but whatever it was, it merited the WHOLE of Doushinkai getting together to welcome him back!)
There are a few Matsubara underling names tossed around here and there like Ando, but the group isn't focused on, nor does it last long in the story.
REPRECUSSIONS OF HIRATA:
Hirata is dead.
Yashiro is temporarily kicked out of the yakuza.
Ryuuzaki takes the fall for the drugs, clearing any involvement of the Doushinkai.
Shinseikai and Matsubaragumi are disbanded, and territories dispersed to the other groups (Kokuyuukai and Takenakagumi most likely) in chapter 35.
Doushinkai remains without a Wakagashira (as far as we know)
Misumi keeps trying to bring Yashiro back in, presumably to fill the vacated Wakagashira seat.
Doumeki, seeking to stay in the yakuza, is kicked to the curb several times by Misumi, and eventually is brought to Tsunakawa by Amou.
Sanwakai/Sakura Family
Kumichou: Tsunakawa's Dad: (Chapter 35) We still don't know his name) 4th Generation of the Sakura family, creators of Sanwakai***
Wakagashira: Okuyama/Tsunakawa: (Tsunakawa is the 5th generation of the Sakura family, son of the current Kumichou.)
Because of his birthright Tsunakawa is in line to become the Wakagashira under his father's reign. However, upon becoming a father at age 37, his father removes the hereditary succession rule and appoints Okuyama to the position of Wakagashira (granddaddy doesn't want his granddaughter being raise by a Yakuza), Tsunakawa convinces his father to let him keep the Wakagashira appointment, which causes feelings to sour with Okuyama who leaves the Sanwakai with several members of the group.
AFTER THE TIMESKIP:
Kumichou: Tsunakawa
Wakagashira: Muraji (appointed by Tsunakawa)
Underlings: Doumeki, Kamiya
***Sanwakai/Sakura - There isn't an explanation of how Sakura differs from Sanwakai. It seems the Sakura family has a long history in Yazuka leadership. Possibly before sub-groups were all the rage in crime-management, single families held all the cards (so to speak...haha gambling family). So maybe at some point they created the Sanwakai umbrella group to house all of these sub-groups and factions. I believe this is why they are named more often as Sakura instead of Sanwakai because they are the same, or being Sakura carries way more weight. Okuyama would have become a Kumichou eventually if hereditary succession had ended with Tsunakawa, ending the formidable reign of the Sakura.
It should also be noted here that the head of Sanwakai exchanged sake as brothers with Tachiki-Kaichou of Doushinkai over 30 years ago. Tsunakawa's father says that carries no weight anymore, but someone old-fashioned like Misumi and Tsunakawa might not see it that way.
Goudagumi: Group under Sanwakai
Kumichou: Nakamoto (killed by Hirata): Seeking to be promoted to an advisory position within the Sanwakai (assistant to the Wakagashira - like Nanahara is to Yashiro.) I wish this story was easy to explain... ****See bullet points below

Tsunakawa inherits a financial money pit known as the Sanwakai/Sakura. He runs scams and fraud to build up their finances.
Nakamoto imports drugs into the country and Hirata uses Ryuuzaki who uses foreign sellers to peddle the drugs on the streets.
Nakamoto will use the money to buy a seat at the Sanwakai table and be promoted.
By association, Hirata, seeking to defect, will be welcomed into the Gouda as a member under Sanwakai. Gaining favor from Nakamoto and eventually moving his way up, until he can split off from the Sanwakai and create his own group. WHICH WAS HIS PLAN ALL ALONG - thank you Chestnut for spilling the beans!
Nanahara tells Yashiro what he overheard from Chestnut, and Yashiro, using Chestnut and co (I read somewhere his name is Unno, but I will have to look that up) to steal the drugs and the money from Hirata.
Tsunakawa, who hates the Gouda, and has no plans to promote Nakamoto under any circumstances, learns of Hirata's plan from Amou. Tsunakawa (or most likely Muraji (Wakagashira) tells Nakamoto to cut ties with Hirata. (before you ask, Amou knows everything.)
In a covert attempt to get his money to complete his rise to power in the Sanwakai, Nakamoto demands his money from Hirata, claiming the Sanwakai wants restitution.
Hirata learns that Sanwakai has no plans to promote Nakamoto and sends his men into the Goudagumi office to kill them all.
The entire executive branch of the Gouda is murdered.
Kyokuseikai: this could be an umbrella group similar to Sanwakai/Sakura etc. Not sure of its leadership.
Okuyamagumi
Kumichou: Okuyama: If the world won't have you, start facebook by making a club of stolen people from your competitors. Okuyama is the former (briefly appointed Wakagashira of Sanwakai who left with many members upon losing his position to Tsunakawa.)
Wakagashira: Unknown (probably a defector from Sanwakai), possibly (eye-scar guy who is a former member of Sanwakai who left with Okuyama.)
Ryuuzu
Non-yakuza syndicate working under Okuyamagumi (one of its members is a survivor of the now defunct Kyousekai)
Outisde members: Kido Shuuya, former member of Matsubaragumi, Yamakawa - the money guy. He’s our current Person of Interest in everything now.
Kyouseikei
Only thing we know about them is they were possibly a non-yakuza group or a small-time crime ring looking for representation. I don't think they were members of Sanwakai that defected since none of them were mentioned by Tsunakawa. They were the group that kidnapped Niki, were decimated by Doumeki and ultimately crushed by Tsunakawa. Its only known surviving member now is part of the Ryuuzu (cheek scar guy).

I don’t know if I’ve ever been so humiliated by my own actions lmao. My brain literally went “you’re special to them” and I was like “that’s what they said yup yup yup”. Then something didn’t go how I wanted it to so I brought it up and well 🙃🙃🙃🙃. How am I supposed to continue our friendship like nothing happened when I’m literally such a fool?
You’ve all just like, completely skipped over the possibility that this crow has seen people using pens in this room, found one, and is trying to return it. There’s been videos of crows picking up sweet wrappers and stuff and placing them in bins after seeing humans put their litter in bins. I really do believe that this crow is trying to return the pen and that is ADORABLE AS HELL.
Crows are thought to be self aware by some scientists. Its perfectly possible the crow wants to return the pen to humans. Knowing it belongs to humans.
Another cool crow deal: Once, when trying to assess if crows could reason and use tools, scientists had two crows who didn’t know each other each take a wire from a table (one was hooked, one was straight) and try to grab meat from a bottle with it. The crows could see each other, though they had separate bottles. Only the straight wire worked for this, so they hypothesized that if crows could reason, the second trial would have the two crows fighting over the straight wire. The second trial started and, to the surprise of the scientists, the two crows both went for the bent wire, one held it down and the other unbent it. They both got meat out of their bottles. They came to a peaceful solution without verbal communication. Crows are probably smarter than we are.
There’s a little girl who started feeding the murder by her house and they started bringing her trinkets (cool pebbles, coins, shiny things, bleached animal bones, etc) as a thank you.

There are various examples of people who have helped crows and the crows not only come back to say hi, but also bring friends who need help over for the nice human to help.
3. Crows are the only other animal known to make tools in order to make another tool.
4. Crows have been proven to have a sense of self
If you mark them with a coloured dot that they can see and then show them their reflection in a mirror they soon realize that the reflection is them and not another crow.
5. Crows have regional dialects and accents.
They are also able to copy each other’s dialects and accents to fit in if they move to an area where the accent is different.
6. Crows regularly visit their parents after leaving the nest.
They also regularly live with their parents after reaching adulthood to help with raising their younger siblings for up to five years before moving out.
