I'm having post-explosion visions again waahhh

Imagine Mello seeing himself for the first time after the explosion in the reflection of his cold soup (can't eat anything hot, can't move his face too much cause the skin stretches very painfully at every movement). And in my head it's like Matt is sitting across from him expecting Mello to be downing that since he hasn't eaten in 3 days and Mello just stared into this bowl and pushes it back to Matt like "whats the point" and Matt gets super angry over it "YOU WILL EAT THE DAMN SOUP"

I don't know why I'm so hung up on the cold soup thing, it's just such a symbol of sad and depressing---

Old Mello (like retirement home old) to me is that one grandpa that sits in front of his window drinking wine, wearing a designer bathrobe and judging the people on the streets. Matt would probably join. Old Matt would be like a less skinny Walter Frosch iykyk, like Walter Frosch if he got really into Gaming instead of Soccer.
