Hello! So sorry it took so long for me to reply, I’ve been off tumblr since exam seasons.
So! The two main art universities that I know of are in Bucharest and Cluj.
The colleges within the University in Bucharest
(Also known as The National University of Arts Bucharest) are:
* College of Plastic Arts
*College of Design and Decoration
*College of Art History

Now, The University in Cluj is know under the name of The University of Art and Design Cluj, and they offer:
*College Course of Plastic Arts - Specifically on a painting profile
*College Course of Plastic Arts - Specifically on a sculpting profile
*College Course of Plastic Arts - Specifically on a graphics profile
*College Course of Plastic Arts - Specifically on a video and editing profile (I believe)
*Courses on Design
*Courses on Fashion

Licență
They do require entrance exams, and as far as I’m aware they’re take place in September.
They individually depend on the profile you pick and they will also most likely require a portfolio. If I remember well Cluj tends to be more open, as they have less candidates.
These two are the biggest ones, with the best profiles. I’ve heard the Cluj one is really great and encouraging, I’m pretty sure they even offer a course in comic book making, which to me seems pretty cool!
The Uni I’m Bucharest is also one of the best, these two kinda compete for the title, either would be great choices!
Now, hopefully this helped out a bit, im not super well informed either sadly, but I tried doing some research for it, the uni websites are awfully tanged for no reason.
