Hey gang so big news I’m gonna be archiving this blog
I’ve set up a new blog already. It’s basically same as the old blog but a fresh start! @goofymuses see, same url and everything.
I was needing a new start honestly. Waaaaayyyy too much icky history on this blog now. But I hope to take all the lovely peeps and stories with me! If we have ongoing threads or plots together I’m fully intending to carry those over to the new blog.

Elsa wished it was as easy as just getting him to come out of hiding. But for a man who could be anywhere in the world, in any shadow at any time… Knowing how and where to lure him out would be impossible.
“You’re right, North. And as much as I hate to admit it, so is Bunny.” Ow, her pride.
She paced, thoughtfully twisting the white lock of hair that fell over her shoulder. Elsa had the most recent experience with Pitch. She’d talked to him every night for a year or more. There was little about him she didn’t know…Even if she couldn’t lead them to him to rescue the fairies, maybe she could offer some insight.
“Pitch is smart, brilliant in fact. He’s always a step ahead and doesn’t take unnecessary risks.” The Snow Queen looked between the Guardians, her brow furrowed. “He must have decided to take you guys out in order of who will have the biggest and fastest impact. Taking teeth is quick and gets instant results, so he hit Tooth first. Pitch can’t do anything to you, North, that would benefit him. Christmas is too far away for anything he does to you to matter… So that leaves us Sandy and Bunny.”
Bunny exchanged a look with Sandy. As if neither of them quite knew how to take this. Could one of them really be Pitch’s next target?
“Easter is coming up,” Bunny mused, tapping his chin thoughtfully. “And soon. Could he be planning on making a move then?” Bad enough all of this had disrupted his preparations.
“Maybe,” said North, “but that is too long a wait for my tastes. Every minute we wait, is another minute poor fairies remain trapped.”
“I don’t know if Tooth can wait that long, either.” Jack, the newest member of the band--not quite a Guardian yet, but soon in North’s opinion--chimed in.
Sandy nodded his head in agreement.
Bunny chuckled at the shorter being. “Well. D’you want to volunteer as bait then, Mate?”
A golden question mark formed from sand above Sandy’s head.
North stroked his beard. “Perhaps is not a bad idea... Sandy can be bait. We draw Pitch out, he thinks is part of his plan, but is actually ours!” He laughed heartily, patting Sandy roughly on the back. “Tchaikovsky, why didn’t I think of that?”
And on the subject of muses, I tell you what. If Disney ever gets their act together and gives us a higher quality version of Aladdin the Series finally you can all bet I’ll have one or two muses from there to try out.

😘 - what characters are you currently writing? Aside from my current muses I also have a sideblog for the ninja turtles as they appear in Rise of the TMNT.
But I also have the urge to add new muses. Like Jake from Rescuers Down Under, or Genie...

Elsa was feeling as crushed as they were. She couldn’t even begin to articulate the blow this had been to her. To see Pitch pursuing a path she begged him not to go down. Going down a dark road that she couldn’t follow or support. It was like losing him all over again…
“I’ll help any way I can.” Elsa signed, glancing over at the weakened Tooth Fairy in the distance. “Maybe if I’d helped sooner- If I hadn’t tried so hard not to get involved-…. Maybe I could have helped prevent this.”
But she couldn’t. How was she supposed to face Pitch as an enemy after all they’d been through? She’d been a coward for more than a century… And Tooth had just paid the price.
“I think we both know this is only the beginning… Whatever he’s got planned.. This is just the tip of the iceberg.”
Bunny rolled his eyes at the joke. At leas, unless she hadn’t realized what she’d said he assumed it was a joke. But he said nothing. Nor did he offer any ‘I told you so’s about her not doing anything about Pitch before. Even he didn’t want to rub Elsa’s face in that. Not like she could have really done much on her own, right?
But they could use all the help they could get now. “Well if we can’t find his hidey-hole, then I say we try and draw him out. Get the blighter in the open where we can see him. And then we make him tell us where the fairies are.”
North shook his head. “Is not so easy. He has plan, and he won’t come out unless is part of his plan. And who knows what comes next in plan?”
Bunny nodded to Elsa. “Maybe she can guess. I reckon if anybody’s ever had a peek into how that bloody monster thinks...”

😤 - what is your roleplay related pet peeve? Hmmmm I’m gonna say it bugs me when I see people who get close to a roleplayer just so they can be someone to always be the other half of their ship. Like befriending someone and being like ‘oh I wanna ship this thing’ and then dropping them when they no longer feel into that. Sadly it’s happened a few times. Like if all you want from someone is to RP then leave it as an RP relationship don’t make them feel close to you so you can use them.
😇 - do you consider yourself a good roleplayer? In terms of my writing, I suppose I do! As far as actually being active, sadly that’s not so easy for me at the moment.

IT TALKED. Again, shouldn’t be much of a surprise at this rate and yet Odette keeps being surprised and fascinated by the world now that magic can be a key player. Should she talk back? The beast didn’t do anything wrong yet, despite looking scary and menacing, and he talked first. Should she take the risk?
“Even if that were the case, I… Don’t do well in parties,” welp, the cat’s out of the bag. Both creatures were now aware that the other could speak, and more incredible to discover was that they shared language ( or maybe it’s the magic again, helping her in understanding foreigners ). Sighing, Odette looked at the sky again, not quite sunset but close enough to that time of day. “I was cursed by a warlock if you’re wondering how or why a swan can talk.”
It... It talks! Er. She talks. At least, the swan certainly sounded feminine. And if living in a castle of talking objects had taught him anything, it had taught him to recognize the difference between a male and female voice. It hadn’t completely numbed him to the surprise of something just... talking, however.
But the swan was quick to explain herself. Beast sighed, understanding. “Of course,” he muttered. “Curses.” Were there a gaggle of magically inclined individuals going around changing things? making beasts and talking swans willy-nilly?
Maybe that explained why the swan hadn’t simply flown away. She was too smart. Or maybe not smart enough? But certainly, this development was even more intriguing than any ordinary bird could have been. Beast sat down at the edge of the pond, on his haunches, looking out over the water at her.

It a lot of ways, it reminded her of that blissful night at the ball but a completely different vibe and feel. “Well, why don’t we have fun, then? If this festival is as marvellous and fun as you described it, then I’ll enjoy myself to the fullest.”
“oh, it is!” Quasi turned with an excited grin. He certainly intended to enjoy himself. But in his excitement he had forgotten himself around the newcomer. Forgotten that, while the people of Paris knew his face, not everyone knew it or what to expect.
He looked away again, quickly.

North would be lying if he said he hadn’t hoped she might have been able to lead them to Pitch Black’s hideout. But he believed her when she told him otherwise.
Still, they had to find the fairies somehow. His attacks had been so bold, his theft of Toothiana’s helpers a crushing blow to the Guardians. North wasn’t sure if this was a battle the guardians could win alone.
But he wasn’t going to ask her to join this fight. Not this one. “Then we are back to square one,” he mused.
“Is not my favorite square. But is something, eh? But Pitch. I have never seen even him so ruthless. So...” North was sure not to use the word ‘cold’ but it did perfectly suit the heartless, calculated villainy their enemy presented now.
We’re gonna be heroes!
