VERY early Scott & Ramona, 2003 - straight to pen in a sketchbook, colored in photoshop

maybe the first time i drew them together, and the first pic where i felt like i was getting a handle on the ‘scott pilgrim style’.

Ramona’s look obviously changed a lot… all i really had for her at first was the hairstyle (it was there in the very first sketches). in the earlier pics, like this one, she sometimes had this weird brit raver style going.

this must have been drawn soon after I finished Lost at Sea. the earlier SP sketches always felt weighed down by the ‘Lost at Sea style’. this one breaks free of that.

i remember being really happy when i drew this.

Snow White & the Huntsman looks like a really rad movie...

I didn't even know it existed until I stumbled upon the trailer yesterday. It has a cool visual style and looks like an enjoyable summer film. I'm looking forward to it.
