Me when daylight savings time collides with my writer's brain coming up with new ideas at 3am...

The first draft of my original novel was finished 10 years ago, in German...

So now as I'm translating and rewriting it, getting more representation into the novel (not just sexualities but body types and ethnicities as well) my brain sometimes just latches onto a character and decides that they would make a wonderful couple with X.

And now I feel compelled to have this super tough warrior lycanthrope lady have the absolute hots for the kind and gentle but takes-no-bullshit-from-soldiers healer.

And naturally she'll be absolutely awkward about it.

Expect a hard-sodden soldier suddenly coming to the healer for the smallest cough or some other shit just so she can flirt with her.
