This is Raff! She's a Picasso Moth that is an artist and inventor!

She creates her own tools n stuff, her main one being a "Spray Brush", a pencil-shaped item that can spray paint similar to Air Brushing tools IRL! :3c

The way she does her art is by blending it into the environment, so its a lil easter egg tryna find em :>

She's also Neptunic!
