im a fresh join in arctwiblr after playing the game for months without a community! more stuff under readmore (largely my thots on the game)

arcana twilight is my second obscure animesque korean game that im deeply invested in and had nobody to talk to about, which isnt a lot but its weird that it happened twice right? i saw reviews calling it an obey me! clone and downloaded it anyways because i have no respect for that fucking game. worth it 🩷

mostly interested in the romance between sirius and summoner and the writing surrounding it. im of the opinion that its the core of the game and illustrates the themes more than anything else, though the other sorcerers make for a very fun cast and i particularly love how their onscreen interactions are written, the conflicts+relationships feel very natural i just love this games character writing

not huge into the oc side of things but i Do plan on summonerposting at some point because i have self insert disease and love kissing men. thats about it though, no massive casts of ocs

as much as i bitch i really really like that this game had the balls to just fucking end. and on a real inconclusive bummer note too like summoner jst got sent back home with no grand final showdown as an immortal monster with someone elses memories inside their head and theyre expected to just live with that. bound arlyn still has to deal with the fucking void problem. did sirius die? who knows he definitely doesnt have a bright future ahead of him even if he didnt. everyone needs to reckon with pollux not being pollux. maybe therell be some way for summoner to visit again in the future but we dont get to see it. thats so awesome

im shocked it took until the year of our lord 2026 to like consciously link sirius' rejection of summoner as polaris to his overall rejection of the constellations' wider consuming of their sorcerers' identities like intuitively you just Get It but why did i only Think That now 😭.
