GRAY’S RP RULES

Do not godmod or control my characters, my characters are mine and yours are yours.

No nsfw! I am not comfortable with it, and wish to keep things sfw but sometimes and ONLY SOMETIMES will allow some risqué things. Depends on my mood.

Please ask or talk to me about putting in a scenario for our characters first! I would love to hear your ideas, but sometimes things can be a bit much and illogical if they aren’t spaced out enough.

If I don’t respond, please don’t spam me! I am a college student, so I will be VERY busy. And please don’t try to put another response in to try and get my attention! It only makes things more confusing.

Before rping with me, PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR TRIGGERS. I do not want to make people uncomfortable!! I have no triggers except for suicide.

Do not kill off characters without asking first! Basically this rule is an add on to the first rule and the rule above.

Please let the characters get to know each other first before they develop feelings!! I am not a fan of the cliche “love at first sight” kind of thing. Yes, characters can be flirty or think someone’s pretty, but that’s different than saying that you’re already in love with them! I would prefer to have a slow burn romance. It makes it more interesting!

Please try to make your responses at least three lines long! I hate one liners, I need more details to be able to know what’s going on! I don’t want to have to constantly ask questions.

For public rps, please don’t reblog any rp threads that aren’t yours! These are meant solely for me and my rp partner’s characters.

I may not be willing to accept rps with everyone! Sometimes I’m just not interested, ya know?

Please use semi-lit or lit format for rp! I do not accept asterisks!! Please use 3rd person and quotation marks.

Don’t try to change my oc’s backstories or make it so that they knew each other already. Before sending rp starters/memes in my inbox, you must have a first encounter with the character of choice!

Warning! There WILL be cussing and abusive content for my main oc, Katherine. I can only put a limit on this, I cannot erase part of her character for you. I will, however, try to mention it less, but it has to be mentioned at some point.

Katherine sat down on her own futon, frowning as he admitted how he felt about the situation they were in. However, she did speak a little bit about how she felt, too.

“I-I understand… to be honest, I’ve been scared too. L-last night, when those grunts broke into my room, I… I was terrified. I couldn’t go back to sleep because of it. But… What scared me wasn’t what they would do to me—I was more afraid of not having any of my friends around. Being away from the people that make me happy… Scares me.”

“I see…” He took a deep breath, looking her in the eye softly. 

“I was really scared that you’d be taken - that any of you would be taken, honestly. I understand…the fear of being alone - from being away from those that make you happy. I’d hate for that to happen to any of us.”

Katherine took a moment to think before she smiled, moving over to his futon to give him a hug.

“I understand what you mean, but when I think back to all the times you helped me—with my father, Team Plasma, and even that grumpy pokémon in the cave earlier today—you’ve always been there. You always fought your hardest to save me. So… I know you’ll always be there for me… for all of us.”

Katherine nodded in agreement before she continued to make her way to her futon.

“Yeah… we both need the rest. That does remind me, though—I was going to ask you earlier today about last night. Honey told me that you looked almost as tired as I did, and I just wanted to ask… A-are you okay?”

Leon faltered as Katherine asked him about how he was feeling, and a sigh left him as he made his way to his futon, sitting down.

“Er…stressed, honestly. I’m not okay.” He admitted after a moment, pushing a few locks of hair out of his face. “It’s been kinda scary for me a bit - with Team Plasma going as far as they’ve did so far, I’m scared about what they’ll do next…but I don’t want to worry too many people either…”

“Y-yeah… Just tired, is all. Very tired. I-I’m mostly trying to make sure I get to bed before I pass out. That way, I won’t wake up with a m-migraine…”

“I see…” He offfered her a tired smile. “I do hope you sleep well…I’m probably gonna sleep early, too - I don’t think staying up for long is gonna help me get better fast…”

After thanking Honey for the food, she excused herself and slowly went to her futon. She seemed exhausted, since she didn’t talk much during dinner at all. Maybe being sick was draining her energy a lot… Plus all of the stress with Team Plasma and such. Regardless, Leon should probably check on her to see if she’s okay.

Leon also thanked Honey for the food and excused himself, hoping to get to sleep early. However, he noticed Katherine going to her futon as well, and he looked towards her.

“H-hey, Kath? You okay…?”

“W-we should be alright after that soup… and a bit of rest.”

The good news was that Honey was indeed making the chicken noodle soup, which was absolutely delicious, nutritious and easy to eat. The bad news was that Leon and Katherine definitely needed bedrest after catching colds in the rain.

Leon eagerly had probably his second bowl of chicken noodle soup. “Mm…”

Leon offered Katherine a reassuring smile, his cheeks also flushed from a new fever as he sat up as well. 

“I-I feel too warm…and cold…not dizzy, though, not yet…” He shivered and buried himself under the blankets once more. “Ohhh, I really hope Honey is making that chicken noodle soup. It’s really good, I promise…”

“Ugh… h-how are you feeling, Lee? Hopefully better than me?”

Leon looked towards Katherine as she sunk into her futon, offering her a light grin.

“I-I think I’m almost as sick as you…maybe slightly better.” A sneeze left him but he covered it with a tissue. “Oof…”

Sonia sighed as she heard Katherine whine.

“I know you don’t want to stay in bed, but if you do, you’ll probably recover quicker…and same goes for you, Leon.”

“Will there be chicken noodle soup?” Leon couldn’t help but ask. “I remember Honey making really good soup…”

“Lucky for you, I think she was making some earlier! I’ll go check…” And with that, Sonia left to go to the kitchen.
