Grayghostgal's pol has gotten me wishing for a warewolf Hiccup desighn, could you give us your take on it?

Not quite “in your face” about the werewolf aspect, but I like the subtle hints…

I’m finally back home!!!! I may have crashed out a few times about the nails my bad lol. Ya girl got food poisoning or something like that so… I was trippin

it’s one thing to just rip them off and damage my nails bed. I don’t want to do that 😭 but I’ve been in a good mood on my trip to write and as my thumbs tap down and the inaccuracies grow, my desire to write withers away.

13. Is there a fic you remember but haven't been able to find again?

There was this one Once Upon A Time fic that was set in a Enchanted Forest AU that I remember really liking. I know that Emma was taken from her parents at some point (can't remember but I think she was kidnapped?) and Hook finds her and brings her back and there's all this unease about having an infamous pirate in the castle...but I can't remember enough about it otherwise to find it again!

18. What makes you back out of a fic immediately?

If it's all one paragraph. I legit cannot handle that lack of any formatting, even if the premise from the summary sounded interesting.

Or no punctuation. Or using something alternative to quote marks. Could be an incredible story but I can't focus on anything other than that, lol

28. What's your dream plot for a story you wish existed?

Girl, you're writing the fic of my dreams

I don't know if I have a specific plot in mind, but I've always been obsessed with anything supernatural, so definitely something in that vein. I especially love reading gothic and paranormal romances – something a little spooky, but full of yearning and heart. I love one character being an oddity/creature, so that's always a huge plus.

For the sake of picking something/feeling like I actually answered this question... 😂 Off the top of my head, I really would love to see a vampire!Hiccup AU, and an exploration of how he has to manage that condition (bloodlust at all) – and how he / the people in his life react to it. I've never been able to figure out how to make it work, but I'd love to read it!

I'm also huge fan of fairytales, so I'd love to see more Hiccstrid fairytales! Maybe more with curses?

I am, literally verbatim the same about the turn offs for fics/ Especially the one paragraph thing, good God.

Man, vampire Hiccup. Had a vampire au swirling around the old brain a while bakc, before I started writting. Tho I;ve come to cringe at most of it now. I always liked the sort of, animalistic side of the vampire bllodlust, but also their realthionship with magic. I remember including in my half night fury Astrid au, that her-and Hiccup eventually-would have sharper canines, specifically to make em more vampiric. It would be interestic to see a freshly turned Hivvup discover and adjust to the various magics vamprirsm brings-depending on the lore that will be adhered to of course. Like hes walking in the woods and bats seem to really like him for some reason.

yall I’ve had longer press on nails for a while and they’re cute but I CANT TYPE AS FAST AS I USUALLY DO

I hate them and I love them. Most importantly, I want them off, but I can’t because they don’t just come off in hot water and soap. I AINT ripping my nail bed off or ruining it omg.

I’m ranting because I WANT TO WRITE BUT I can’t because this nails make me less precise typing on my phone lolllll

It'd be really cool if you wrote...

I think it would be really neat to see your take on a zombie apocalypse AU – whether that be canon era or modern, I think you'd be great at balancing the angst and fear and hope for a cure/escape all mixed together. (Bonus points if Hiccup gets bit, but perhaps can overcome the 'mindless' part of the condition due to a rare blood type or something – now they have to keep him from getting his head blown off...but of course he's too reckless to stay out of sight, lol)

Ohhh interesting…

Gonna preface this by stating zombies aren’t my thing lol. But it’s still a fascinating topic.

When I think of zombies, I think of the modern era, mostly because you can still easily manipulate the environment since everything’s gone bad. If it were in canon, it’d be difficult to deal with zombie dragons.

Oh, this reminds me of those “infected AUs” that circulate around. Those are so creepy lol but interesting. Although, the stakes would be raised if it were in canon. I’d never be able to write any of the dragons getting infected —or humans for that matter. Zombies obviously indicate death, and it would be so sad for anyone to die.

I like the take on Hiccup being infected lol, but the guy’s not affected because he’s Hiccup and he’s just “that girl” lolll.

That idea reminds me of Ellie in “The Last of Us”,  but I’m not too familiar with that besides knowing she’s immune.

Still, maybe I’ll do a little Drabble and dip my toes in something I’d never write on my own. It’s a cool concept for sure. With zombies comes so much angst.

If Hiccup had three wishes, what do you think those wishes would be?

Ohhhh let me think…

He’d wish for world peace with dragons or like coexistence between humans and dragons.

Maybe he’d wish for his dad to be with him. I think he’d want that more than wishing he’d grown up with his mom because he wouldn’t want to undo all of his life. I think he’d make that wish so that his dad could spend time with his own wife.

I think he’d sometimes wish to be alone with Toothless. I don’t think he’d want that to be permanent, but he’d wish to be with him whenever there’s trouble.

Maybe he’d also wish for his people to live on well after his passing —like for no one to bother them, or for the Berkians to seek out others and help.

so sorry about my fics 😭

I’m traveling (happy but unplanned long trip) and I wrote a lot this morning but nothing ready to publish

also for the art sketches to those who’ve asked me, I’m working on them :)

dunno if it’s safe to take my iPad in my bag. It probably is totally fine but that’s MY BABY and nothing can happen to it 😩
