English practice wanted

Hi! I'm Grzegorz! I’d like an English e-pal. I’m person who’s like talking about sports and healthy lifestyle. I’m an energetic and aways on the go sportsman. Who’s training cycling. Cold days came. I’m hard-working, because I work a lot of things. Go on gym, running, indor cycling. I’m not really interested in reading books or watching film - maybe sometimes - It’s only sports for me. Started training to session 2019

Hi everyone!

I haven't wrote for a long time, because I had a huge work to do. I thought, I must share a piece of my life. I started training to near season since 5.11. This simply time for my organism. I do endurance activity. Calm cycling, running and calm work in the gym. In a few weeks will beginning hard work. My organism has recovery time after last season. But I begun to my regular, fit diet.

I prefere power meal. Contain pasta, with cottage cheese (who contains the amino acid profile) and micro elements from spinach with natural jogurt and spices. This delicious!

Hi everyone! I’d like show you my after training meal. I thinking about eggs for a long time. I prepared fast and tasty meal. I need a few minutes. I said myself: „Yeach! I have just done!”.

We need:

• arugola

• tomatos (I prefere coctail tomatos)

• 1 slice a chicken meat

• 2 eggs

• oil to fry

You cuts 1 slice chicken meat, put into to pan with 1 teaspoon oil. Fry for a few minutes and put into 2 eggs. Eggs fry to medium consistency. On the plate, you give one handful arugola, a few slice tomatos. On the top give fried a meat with eggs. Meal is ready!

Coffe „pit-stop” culture

The Cantccini was born in Italia. They contain butter, sugar and almonds. Last product have healthy microelements, as iron, b12, magnesium, zinc, etc and prohealth fat, which contain omega 3. Cookies are prefere by a lot of cyclist while They are stop on coffe with sweet thing. We may dunk cuntuccini in caffe. The cyclist prefere dark, strong, classic espresso. But Otther peaple may dunk in white caffe or latte. I stop on caffe with cantuccini, while a long traning, above 3 h. I can’t believe, that’s perfect time. After „pit-stop”, My organism got a fuel and I may continuing ride.
