I’m unfamiliar with the term- so that would be a no. The best way I can describe myself is a biological 3D printer- as in, I print biological materials.

It’s a pleasure to meet you, Grey Wind- you’re certainly a lot more courteous than the other people flooding my communications!
Oh- I am indeed underground, actually. The colony consists of subterranean tunnels we’ve dug out over the past few thousand cycles. Nearly have the whole place mined out, to be honest…

Vultures? Well- I assume you’re referring to something I’m unfamiliar with, taking everything into account… I’d be happy to hear about them!
Ah! That's alright, I can explain, let's see- A vulture is, at its core, a sort of pseudo-avian descended from large, flying purposed organisms, which themselves are descended from primal beetles and the like. A large arthropod that flies with a combination of buoyant gas-chambers, and a wide, relatively flat body to catch updrafts- Like a balloon with powered flight, essentially. They're absolutely FASCINATING predators, feeding on nearly anything that moves on the surface, and their young have an INCREDIBLE defense mechanism- They make use of the consistent water-vapor in the air- as well as a biological LED-esque bulb in their faceplate- To cast a beam of light into the air, signalling to adult vultures that the brood is being predated upon. This originally came from traits their purposed ancestors were given- The ancient transport-beasts were hailed with a similar, though less flashy, distress call from their larvae, and... Well, nowadays, you might see a scavenger pack use them to call down a feast, hah...

Ah- Hello- I am... Very busy- Non-crucial questions like these should really be directed to my administrators, I am not supposed to be distract myself like this- But if you insist, I can make this quick...
Being built directly into a mountainside, the risk of any sort of collapse is far lower than traditional structures. Even if the freestanding legs were to give out, the remaining mass of my being would likely slide down the side rather than crash down, significantly reducing the risk of grievous injury to those in the city. This, of course, is a non-issue anyways- Iterators are built to last.
The weather is fairly standard for a structure of my height- Which is to say, there isn't any. I am constructed far above the average altitude of both the steam clouds produced by my structure, and the natural clouds from bodies of water on the surface. As for below, it is... Also relatively standard. Heavy rains, infrequent wildlife. The gorge between my agricultural district and facility border is interesting, if you were hoping for any geological points of interest. The portion of the mountain above the cloud layer is often utilized as a sort of hiking trail, for those who have any interest in recreational activities- Which wouldn't be many people. My citizens are... Very strict when it comes to the urges.
