it’s been quite some time since i’ve last been on here. i took a small hiatus due to the lack of muse on ravus and on prompto but i’ve decided that i’ll be remaking both blogs fairly soon  !!  i’ve been replaying final fantasy again and well, my muses are back and ready to kick my ass. so, both blogs shall be remade. qrcoded will keep the same url while this blog will be changed to lordravus. this may come to change but for now, it’s settled.

i’m looking forward to returning to the roleplay community  !!  keep an eye out for me, loves.

It's with dark visors and a contemplative expression that he faces Ravus now with only his hearing to rely upon to discern whatever emotion runs through the other.      there’s  a  pregnant  pause  of  sustained  staring  as  ravus  considers  his  request,  there  was  nothing  he  could  gain  from  sharing  the  truth  with  the  public.  the  events  that  occurred  were  between  those  that  witnessed  and  those  afflicted.  the  public  did  not  need  to  know.  but  there  is  a  heavy  sigh  from  the  commander  that  follows  into  a  moan  of  pain.  an  obvious  reminder  that  he  was  in  no  state  to  initiate  an  argument  with  the  advisor.  ❝  your  secret  is  safe  with  me  but  with  all  due  respect,  ignis,  you  and  i  both  know  that  your  friends  will  question  your  wounds.  ❞

NOCTIS / BEEEANS.

It’s hard, hearing someone say he held more significance than they did. It never got any easier, no matter how many people told him was so important. He never felt important, either, and he doesn’t then. Mostly, Noctis just feels ashamed because he’s not that great king everyone expects him to be. He’s twenty years old, perpetually on the edge of a breakdown, mired in so many anxieties and fears, and…

He’s probably proving Ravus’s and everyone else’s doubts right.

“Yeah…Okay. I accept.”

     there  was  little  he  could  do  to  assist  the  returning  king,  his  mind  held  that  same  foolish  child  he  met  so  long  ago,  but  his  body  could  delude  lingering  eyes.  as  for  ravus,  he  was  nothing  more  than  an  insider  and  informant  for  those  that  fought  for  freedom,  to  live,  for  sunlight.  with  the  fall  of  the  empire,  ravus  had  fled  with  what  knowledge  he  had  and  waited  for  the  return  of  the  chosen  one.  ten  long  years  had  passed  and  here  he  stood,  the  one  who  would  save  them  all  from  the  darkness.  from  the  starscourge.  however,  he  was  still  not  prepared  to  face  the  final  battle.  there  were  plans  to  be  made,  people  to  be  called,  and  energy  to  be  stored.  hence,  the  reason  behind  ravus’  urge  for  the  younger  to  rest,  even  after  so  long,  he  needed  a  real  rest.

     I WILL BE RETURNING SOON. i needed some time to myself and i have to prepare for classes soon. the days are passing so quickly that it’s nearly a blur. i just had open house and learned where my campuses are. i’m nervous about college but i need to get it done and over. i’ll be on once in a while. i just haven’t been too active lately but some updates: my wrist is healed but still have to wear the brace occasionally. new blog is still being made. tumblr still sucks. last thing, i love all of you still and i am working on some replies for queue.    

     IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. simply send them my way through tumblr messenger or at discord. i’m usually active ( even when it says offline ). p.s. please forgive my absence. i really needed some time to myself and it’s made me so much happier. just to breathe and not worry about replies, it’s a blessing but i’ll be back to it soon. can’t dance around for too long.

     STILL WORKING ON MAKING A NEW BLOG. i’m quite busy at the moment with preparing for an open house and i’m still searching for a job, so, i’m a mess. i did go to the doctors about my wrist and they told me to keep wearing the brace ( c rap ). when the new blog is up and running, i’ll make sure to make a post about it and reblog its promo. love you all !!

[An Arranged Marriage]

GLADIO  /  SWORDXLILY.

“No. I wasn’t expecting a prince charming. I just didn’t think I would be marrying the prince of Tenebrae.” Gladio was just from a simple family of swordsman, knights would be another title his family was called. So now he would be protecting this stoic prince. Why was this even happening? It was some strange request from the empire most likely. A political marriage but still he would try to remain friendly with Ravus. This was awkward. “We are going to be wed pretty soon, so I suppose you wouldn’t mind if I resumed my duties of protecting royalty, meaning you.” 

     an  arranged  marriage  where  one  of  the  engaged  were  outside  of  a  specific  caste,  was  not  uncommon  and  there  have  been  many  incidents.  but  for  one  to  be  of  royal  blood  and  the  other  a  common  knight,  surely  it  was  nothing  but  an  accident.  an  honest  mistake  that  the  emperor  must  have  noticed  by  this  point,  but  sadly  for  the  prince,  it  had  been  seen  as  it  was  declared  by  the  emperor  himself.  the  prince  hypothesized  on  the  reason  behind  his  choice  of  arranged  marriage  but  it  continued  to  lead  him  to  more  unanswered  questions.  wedding  him  to  that  of  a  lucian  knight  ?  true,  ravus  soon  found  that  the  man  was  the  shield  to  the  heir  of  lucis,  but  it  did  not  make  sense  for  him  to  marry  him.  what  was  the  emperor  planning  on  using  this  arrangement  for  ?
