i highly recommend doing no-sketch paint studies using movie stills it actually teaches you so much without even realizing. and if youre lazy just remember the amount of AI slop out there it does wonders for me
tips: start with the background, set the tone. then start with big strokes. details are for later, you need the shapes first to see what youre even doing
