It's @khaliarart 's and my post-chapter-3 Mettopolis AU! (Check character designs here)
After getting adopted by Mettaton, Tenna starts his life as a single dad of a freshly hatched Pipis and new show host in the Dark World "Mettopolis".
Awakening the lightner's passion for salacious music videos, he steals the spotlight from Mettaton's vanity mirror - and unwittingly makes a grave enemy.
It’s been a fun week of bullying my favourite little guy.🤡
Playing a new Pathfinder game, and I get to be a fluffy abomination! :D
her name is Hailey, and she LOVES making new friends!
AAAAAAAHHHHHHH watching Kris flee out of the room when they find out we're with them KILLS ME every damn time, and perhaps the detail that hurts the most is how their expression changes and how that adds a new understanding to how Kris sees us.
The moment they realize they and Noelle are in terrible danger, the netrual, reserved expression we're so used to seeing from them changes into one of ABSOLUTE TERROR as they flee out of the room; terror which I firmly believe is rooted in the psychological, emotional, and physical trauma we have caused them and Noelle.
The things we made them do in the Snowgrave/Weird Route made them realize just how much harm we're capable of causing them and the people they care about, and how great our capacity for evil truly is. They already resent us for depriving them of their agency, and now that they've endured us abusing said agency in the worst possible way, their hatred and fear of us has increased a thousandfold.
Deltarune isn't some cute little otherworldly adventure; it's a goddam cosmic horror story, except the twist is we're the eldritch being that brings ruin and madness wherever we go.
The family's fighting again.
I think Toriel is an alcoholic. The scene at the very end of chapter 4 where she's dancing with Sans, I wanted to highlight Kris's reaction.
They're disappointed and embarrassed Suzie has to see this, but they're not surprised like she is. They don't want to engage in this situation at all.
She's a happy drunk, having a good time, sure. She offers Kris some food, but doesn't engage with them at all. Doesn't check in why they were out so late or on their mental state. There's so many themes of neglect in deltarune that this clearly isn't just a one off event.
This scene is just a Lot, it just struck me mostly because I watched nearly this exact same scene play out with my own mother.
yeens :)
Something about Durge
I noticed that pre-tadpole Durge has a tendency to dominate ppl and put them in their place. The best example is that dialogue with that one Absolutist in the prison that hated Durge with her whole heart. While talking with her, we can find out that it was expected to show them the same respect, as they show Ketheric, and many didn’t like that.
They were prideful, and treated moonrise towers like their own temple. They didn’t care to hide their bloodthirsty nature. They were probably even flaunting their brutality.
They treated everyone, from above, like they were even above Thorm. They wanted to control them, making sure everything goes according to plan and his expectations.
Also, when we’ll talk to the gnoll Barnabus we can notice that it calls Durge „lord” which suggest the Sceleritas was with Durge in the Moonrise towers once, and the gnoll just learned that Durge is someone important. (As I remember someone already made a post pointing it out) And it makes sense because when we talk with Sceleritas after becoming Bhaal’s chosen, we can talk with him and find out that he was probably with Durge 24/7. (Although I feel like there are some inaccuracies in his dialogue)
So basically, Durge was probably was as sassy and controlling as Gortash.

I love it when posts come back
You know how sometimes a movie comes around and you go "How the hell did that even get made!?"
"Elf Bowling" is part of that collection of movies, that might as well include "The Bobbleheads", "Playmobil" or "Grumpy Cat" (though that last one is actually pretty funny).
Elf Bowling isn't funny though, it's stupid, dull, boring, and infuriating. It's not even a "so bad it's good" movie, it's just insufferable to sit through. I'd rather try to eat through this bowling ball.
