Hello everyone.
I'm Nicole and this is my start down the path towards making myself feel better.
I wanted to say towards happiness but I think that's something to find and carry along the way. I also think wanting to feel better is about more than just being happy. Maybe it's about trying to be a little healthier and not being so hard on yourself. Maybe it's figuring out what you want to do with your time or trying something you've always wanted to do but haven't. It could be about things as simple as getting up and brushing your teeth in the morning and realizing that sometimes, that is enough.
I know the answer to feeling better means different things to everyone. We're all on our own journey but we don't have to go through it alone. That's what's led me here. I've struggled with making myself feel better for a long time and I'm realizing the struggle is because the things I've been doing haven't truly been for myself. I want to change that.
My goals here aren't crystal clear yet but I want to share my experiences regardless. I'm hoping to pass on some joy from the little things in life, learn from others and find ways to feel better together.
