Holds are so easy for me because honestly I just…. Forget to poop. That’s it. Haven’t had a shit in 3 days and I’m still going strong. Although, I DO have a pretty long week off work after Sunday though…. Let’s see if I can make it to next Tuesday 👀
Ugh nobody ever talks about just how GOOD constipation farts are and how underrated they are. When I’m constipated, it’s like my farts instantly become more atrocious than they already are, probably because of all that waste sitting inside of me and letting it marinate…. And god forbid it gets to the point where I’m so backed up I can’t even let any gas go, so now it’s all building up until I can finally manage to take a dump and get whatever air that’s been sitting behind my nasty shit out.
