Hey if you have a disorder that causes you to disassociate, try wearing perfume. I've noticed being able to smell it on myself throughout the day makes me feel more grounded in reality and I'm curious as to whether it has this effect on anyone else.

Banishing Oil Recipe

Use this oil to dress a black candle when you need to separate yourself from something negative in your life. 2 parts cinnamon 2 parts black pepper 2 parts cumin 1 part cayenne pepper Castor oil to cover Place herbs in a clean glass jar and cover with oil. Allow to sit, shaking daily for at least a week. Strain into another jar and use as needed.
