“See? That was my plan in case you were gonna say no.” Annabeth grinned wickedly as her plan was actualized. “Lead the way.” As they strode down the street, Annabeth couldn’t help but be thankful for the beautiful day and even more grateful that she didn’t have to spend $12 on a stupid rainbow bagel. “So, it’s been a while...how have you been?” She asked, adjusting the baseball cap atop her head as a few of her curls fell from it. “My stupid job has kept me so damn busy...”
