Oh, the parallels. The angst. The drama. The heartache. 😭

At some point when I replay the episode, I will definitely hide that about Jake considering I'm loyal to him and hiding his identity, but I was so excited that I jumped at the chance to say boyfriend. 😂

You know, first there was Phil who seemed to fall in love with us only after a few texts, and now there's Eric as well as potential future romance options for Charlie? I can just imagine Jake being in hiding and reading our messages like: 👀👀⁉️⁉️ All jokes aside, I found that chat with Eric really sweet. Whether it's seen as platonic or romantic, the fact that we got him through that was nice.

I love this considering we have few moments of seeing real emotions from Dan that aren't covered with sarcasm. Sure, one of these is a joke and shows, you know, the sarcasm, but I feel like from past scenes, he's done this when trying to cover up worry. I think it's beautiful that with Dan you can kinda imagine anything, a best friend, an older brother type of friendship, or even romantic idk.

THIS was crazy to me. The whole time playing I was like "I want to be able to romance Charlie. 😂" And I'm going to choose that option during replay two, but WOW. I genuinely figured he was off limits to players kinds like Thomas with Hannah.

I was so sad here. It made me think of the little moments between us, Jessy, and Richy.

The parallels from Duskwood to Moonvale 😭

Richy always said 'adios' in Duskwood and I would say it back any chance I got, so when the option came up in Moonvale to say it, I was so happy. 😭

Tbh our MC must be traumatized through all this. When Eric goes into the forest and whenever he stops answering at different moments/gets hurt, there has to be instant flashes to Richy and Jake in the mine, or any time anyone in the group went into the forest.

Charlie's silly personality reminds me a bit of Richy, especially with the emojis. So much reminds me of Richy, it's sad.

I can imagine our MC just having panic attacks especially at the beginning of Moonvale thinking 'no no not again' the whole time. 😭

I wonder if we will be able to see the news clip that Ash told us about when she implies that Jake was never mentioned on the news. Is Richy actually gone? Or, could he still be alive? And how is Hannah doing? Will we ever be able to ask her why she sent Thomas our number?

(There are more parallels, I just forget and didn't screenshot everything, but I'd love to hear about any other potential parallels. :))

This could just be me, but I love how the demon marks almost resemble stretch marks. Despite the movie being about hunting demons, in the end the conclusion still comes to loving yourself WITH all of your scars, marks, jagged edges, and imperfections. So, I really love the almost seemingly double meanings. 🫶

Do you guys ever wonder if Telemachus never even thought about, let alone pictured himself, getting into a relationship until Odysseus returned, because then he finally had a representation of pure and true love when seeing his parents reunited?

SPOILERS FOR AVATAR: FRONTIERS OF PANDORA (Secrets of The Spires)

If you haven't played it yet, then please don't read this till you do! :)

Genuinely the ending made me so happy. I was shocked, but in an amazing way! We have a new Sarentu guardian/parental figure for our little group, and I'm so excited to explore the relationship with Rasi and our little family in future content!

And all but basically adding So'lek to our Sarentu family warmed my heart, I love him so much and I'm happy that he is finding a family with us.

I feel there are more parallels between us (MC) and Jake the more I play DLCs. We have led most of the attacks, small or large, in terms of us doing the dirty work. And taking out Bruno's Valkyrie? It reminded me of Jake in movie one and two.

Lastly, QUARITCH??? I wanted to squeal, I was so excited to hear his voice. I can't stand him, of course, but we've had nothing other than name mentions of Jake and other generals from Alma's audio logs before. We've never heard one of their actual voices in game! What if we are part of taking Quaritch down? What if it connects to the next film? There's so many possibilities!

I love how Zeus told the goddess of wisdom (especially to battle strategy) to convince other gods (who were a bit upsetty spaghetti about Ody's BATTLE STRATEGY) to adhere to what she wanted, and when she OF COURSE did what was asked of her (bc she slays) Zeus just went on a pouty temper tantrum-
