When you say it's modeled after a real town does that mean our characters are able to have jobs and etc? Or are there a bunch of paid staff members acting as store owners and all the jobs to keep the whole place running? Are all the characters just focused on their ability training and basically in bootcamp/school?

It’s a bit of both. G.U.A.R.D. wants them to live life as normally as possible which means that they would have normal jobs as they would if they were living in a normal town but since there aren’t enough people to run a full town, some staff members would take over any other jobs that need to be done.

I really love your bios and the whole plot but I think some of the available powers are a little unappealing to me.. are powers negotiable?

The powers are mostly non-negotiable, I’m sorry to say since we’re trying to stick to a theme of people having powers that are very ironic and/or unwelcome. There are a couple of exceptions but you’d have to discuss it with us first. 

Alternatively if you have an idea of the sort of powers you’d like to play you can request some and I can write up a few new skeletons. I also have some more completed but I didn’t want to completely saturate the tags with too many skeletons and make it hard to choose. In the drafts currently we have completed ones for Vitality Absorption, Vapor Manipulation, Sonic Scream, Fire Breathing, Darkness Manipulation, Psychic Suggestion, Waterbreathing and Invulnerability. 

I’m also working on some for Fear Inducement, Summoning, Omnilingualism and Angelic Physiology. If any of these strike your fancy let us know and I can post them. Otherwise feel free to make a request!
