RSD is believed to be linked to a smaller amygdala and thinner prefrontal cortex

Almost 100% of ADHD patients are believed to have experienced symptoms of RSD, but don’t even realize RSD is a thing

About 50% of people in court mandated anger management have previously undiagnosed ADHD

RSD can be internalized or externaized. Internalized makes a patient anxious, depressed, and sometimes even suicidal. An externaized response can be described as an “instantaneous rage”

RSD used to be misdiagnosed as rapidly cycling bipolar disorder.
