Write down the people in your life that you invest energy in. Write down their energy investment in you. This will tell you a lot more than you ever imagined.
It may surprise you when you concretize it. Don’t get mad or upset at the results. Feel. Be present. Take a deep breath. Remember Selfish doesn’t know they are selfish because they don’t know their self. Realize your role in the choices you are making, or what you are allowing to have happen, and why you are making them. You are in control of those results in the future. Your energy matters.
Investments aren’t just financial, they are matters of the body, mind and spirit too.
