Guide Your Spirit
When Riv and Rill were young, they watched their older half-sister, Apricity, walk the Path to Paradise. Unlike any other cat Riv and Rill had seen, Apricity was not happy to be chosen for this so-called sacred ceremony. Riv and Rill have never forgotten this, and now that they're officially adults, they have some "adult" questions that need answering.
This is not a Warrior Cats fan-comic and I do not want it viewed as such.

Disclaimer: cats in this society are considered adults / mature at 12 months old. This would make them about 15 human years old (irl sources conflict, but this is canon in my feralverse). Most cats don't start having kittens unless they are at least 15 months old (around 18 human years), but I thought I'd add this in case it disturbs anyone.

I have a funky circadian rhythm and unreliable motivation due to mental illnesses, so expect late responses and more scheduled posts than not. Please be patient with me :']
This comic is openly and proudly pro-LGBTQIA+. It has more trans and/or queer characters than cishet characters, and its author + illustrator is trans and queer as well. There is extremely little queerphobia in this story because its fictional religion is not anti-LGBTQIA+; thus, most of its society isn't, either. I ask that the audience remains respectful about this and uses each character's preferred pronouns. Bigots will be blocked.
The style for this comic is not finalized yet and it may look different by the time I start working on pages. The comic cover may change over time as well!

I would like to announce that I've made sideblogs for my upcoming comics. That being said, everything G&DP, GYS, and WINGS related will only be posted to their respective blogs now. My main blog (this one) will continue to upload art and OC content, just not of those stories, unless I reblog something!

WINGS is a fairly short story with a simple art style that I'm in the process of making as a warm-up for my longer, higher-effort future projects. This does not mean that it will be treated any less seriously than my other comics; this is a story about overcoming religious trauma and internalized prejudice, after all.
WINGS is rated 14+ mainly because I don't want anyone younger than that reading my comics lmao. This story is not written to feel good until like three fourths of the way through it; if my work upsets you, then I have succeeded as a hobbyist writer and artist. But there is good news: this is my only comic thus far that has a happy ending!
Estimated start date is unknown, as I want to have a good buffer prepared in advance before I start posting pages. Follow the WINGS blog for updates and WIPs!

Guide Your Spirit is a story about cult cats who live in an abandoned junkyard and the pack of wild dogs who live just outside of the junkyard. Two young cats, Riv and Rill, have their doubts about the religion they've grown up in, so they start to quietly investigate the secrets buried behind the beliefs.
GYS is rated 14+ for its dark themes. This story is a tragedy and will not have a happy ending.
Estimated start date is mid-2026!

Stuck Between a Glacier and a Dark Place (abbreviated to Glaciers and Dark Places or G&DP) follows the life of Ice, a young molly with a stubborn mind and a conflicted heart.
G&DP is rated 16+ for mature themes such as abuse, mild-to-moderate gore, implied (never depicted) sexual themes, and mild horror elements. This story has a torn ending; it's mostly a tragedy, but some POV characters have a positive ending.
Estimated start date is mid-2027 at earliest! This is a long story and will probably take multiple years to complete, hence why I'm waiting until I'm an adult to work on this comic.
Like this blog, my sideblogs have replies, mentions, and messages restricted to "blogs I'm following and blogs following me for a week" to try to keep away scammers and bots.
